  1. 6 Hanks 5 Purcell 4 Heath 3 Chaplin 2 McNamara 1 Hore
  2. You won't this week. XL has a hammy issue that will keep him out at least this match
  3. Toe injury. Out for the season
  4. Same person. It's a weird take. When he first unleashed his views on Chandler I was convinced that young Kade must have either bonked this bloke's missus or run over his dog. Or perhaps run over his missus or........ Weird take 😕
  5. You missed Viney. The Shah of shoelaces
  6. Would be somewhat amusing if Goodwin ended up on that couch
  7. Promoting the BCNA game
  8. There are very restricted grounds on which you can appeal. Disagreeing with the decision isn't one of them.
  9. I reckon our fitness issues are far less to do with the lungs and the legs than they are the heart and the head
  10. Shirley you can't be serious. I note Anderson lost another one last week He is the Tom Gillies of player advocates....with more exposed form
  11. Weeks ago he'd hardly been on the park. Since then he's had some decent games in defence, taken a few hangers and kicked a couple of bags of 4. I'd have thought that would give his self belief a bit of a kick along
  12. Box Hill / Hawthorn
  13. I tend to look ahead and see what else is available for him. Generally it's SFA. Our midfield running patterns are deplorable, in both offence and on defensive transition
  14. It's a fair call. Carlton were witches hats.
  15. My dear and ancient mum has watched her Dees through the glory era of the 50's and 60's and subsequent less than glorious eras up until the current day. She no longer goes to matches but armed with her Foxtel IQ and an arsenal of remote controls, she still watches every game. She rates Clarrie second only to the great Robbie. Go well Clarrie, have a great 200th
  16. Still can't figure out why Harley Reid isn't doing time. That was fricking disgraceful
  17. Yep. 5 time MFC leading goalkicker. Equal with Fred Fanning. Only Neitz (7x) ahead of them. Must be incredibly lucky 🙄
  18. Doesn't even need to be elite kicking Sir Why. Converting at average AFL standard would paint a much different picture
  19. You had to rest them somewhere. There was no interchange then.
  20. Sharp is doing nothing to press his claims for a recall to the senior team. Almost unsighted
  21. He is. A fence will be erected if this keeps up
  22. Firstly, I'm still on board the Jeffo train although my seat is a lot closer to the door than yours. Agree that not playing him at all this week was a mistake. With regard to his 10 goals in two games, you should balance the numbers with a bit of context. The Preston team he played are abysmal at VFL level. Yet to win a game and are made up of chippies, sparkies & wannabe influencers. You probably played against better teams in the ammos. The Sydney team are little better. To Jeffo's credit, he got his goals when the game was in the balance rather than the final quarter avalanche. Pleasingly, in both games he got goals through his tackling efforts, an area in which some have questioned him. Personally I'd like to see Jeffo perform at a high level against some of the better, more mature VFL sides before rushing him back in. Get his confidence & belief up. Like it or not, he's still developing. Some take longer than others. I'm pretty sure that it was @Axis of Bob who posted what I believe to be a fair and accurate summary of where Jeffo is at. I cbf finding it but if you can, have a read Right here, right now, there's no way Jeffo could do Petty's role. Simply not mature enough
  23. Warren. No.23. Despite a shocking hook foot when kicking for goal , was a a ripper. Played his first season largely on the wing before moving to CHF. Blew out a knee and never played AFL again despite being speculatively drafted by WCE a year or two later
