  1. I’m against the Dees wearing indigenous armbands in support of Goodes. I’m FOR the Dees wearing indigenous armbands in support of indigenous people (of whom Goodes is just one member).
  2. If we beat Collingwood next week, I’ll...
  3. Good post. People underestimate how difficult it is to grow grass in winter in what is essentially a big gorge or valley where sunlight is extremely uneven.
  4. I’ve always said Paul Roos’ tactical nous is not very good. I don't know what we're going to do when he leaves; but hopefully Simon Goodwin has got some good ideas.
  5. You said it. Two weeks later and nothing’s changed.
  6. Have a slightly better week, no matter what else may happen.
  7. What did I do to deserve that? I was simply pointing out that the sheer number of Bernie appreciation threads is a good indicator of his popularity. It’s called a metastudy. A study of the number of studies of a particular thing is often a good way of determining the overall truth or relevance of that thing. And as for peanut, well...
  8. Haven’t there been about a million of these “I Love Bernie Vince” threads by now? Of course, I suppose that’s saying something in and of itself.
  9. “Indigenous code." “Glorification" “Bastardised rugby" I stopped there. How about a bit of respect?
  10. Didn’t he kick it out of Frawley’s bum?
  11. I’ll happily trade them any of our gun mids/high draft picks for the 2001-2-3 premierships.
  12. Liam Jurrah is by far the biggest wasted talent I’ve seen in my time following footy. Such a sporting tragedy and an indictment on both him and Australia’s failure to support indigenous culture in a positive way.
  13. Must have finally gotten over his encounter with Jack Viney.
  14. It’s hard to be good looking with a melanoma scar on your lip.
  15. Classic Demonland response. Why, just why?
  16. Paul Roos isn’t good tactically.
  17. To me, winning in the red and blue is an integral part of the victory. We’re still Melbourne in another jumper, but the victory’s just not as sweet.
  18. That’s great to hear because I think it’s probably Paul Roos’ weakest attribute. If Roos can impart his man-management skills on a coach with great match day tactics, we could really have a keeper finally.
