Toby Greene is probably the best small forward in the comp, I dont think Jetta got "found out" Greenes just that good and was basically gws' only target

If he was playing in the middle we would all see that he is better than Andrew.

Really when you look at everything that happened with Scully, Melbourne came out pretty well with the assets. Scully compensation was turned into Dom Barry and Jesse Hogan. Hogan was very entertaining to watch at the time at the club, then we turned him into Steven May and Kolo. We are left with May and he has so much more value than Scully and Hogan.

I wonder if one of those clubs was where Burgess was working at the time

Yeah I agree with this 98 for sure was the one that got away. In 94 the Eagles were the best side that year by far.

There is more to this, somethings going on behind the scenes. Not that we are entitled to know at all. Such a same, really disappointing because his class and skills when fit (and mentally fit) would have helped take us to the next level in 2021.

This makes me think that the hub life might have been really disruptive for him to get settled and he's just glad the seasons over
