How many wins for finals?
Nice work but really difficult after just the one round to get a sense of every teams form. Maybe after 3-4 rounds weâll have a better read. The positive after one round is we have beaten a team that we lost to last year. So using last year as the base line weâre already ahead. I think weâll split the next 2 with Geelong looking very winnable now that they are without Danger. Start 3-1, build some momentum and weâre in good shape with BB and the Weid to return.

Has a real upbeat, positive demeanour about him. Spoke from the heart and in uplifting terms at last years b&f when everyone else was in the doldrums. Very authentic, born leader and motivator. You can just tell he's happy to be here. Weâre really lucky to have this bloke running around for us.

CHANGES: Rd 02 vs St. Kilda
Viney for Harmes Otherwise leave a winning team as is. Not sure about Melks. He was a passenger last year. Hibberd is a favourite but his best days are behind him. Iâd be nervous with both him and Jetta in the same backline. Sparrow and Rivers will be better for the run out so back them in.

Bowers is the new Danger. Sheâs favourite for the AFLW best and fairest = protected species.

Tribunal & MRP 2021
Justice done. It was the only possible outcome based on the facts. Severe impact = 3 games.

Then i suggest you rewatch the game and/or pay a visit to specsavers.

I think the comments from Ricciuto and Sloane are all part of the culture of bravado and the code whereby players never call for other players to be suspended for bumps and similar. Itâs a wonder Kelly himself hasnât been rolled out to say Danger shouldnât be suspended.

How Important was Spargo
I know recruiting is an inexact science but people around here are very quick to write off young players. He was very good on the weekend and will be a vital member of the team this year and beyond.

Clayton Oliver Contract negotiations
I think the consensus is we all want him to stay. Pay him what he wants. Not sure thereâs much point torturing ourselves for the season, will he wonât he. Finally get our act together, win games, play finals and Oliverâs contract takes care of itself. More mediocrity and failure, Oliver wonât stick around. The coaching team really have to deliver this year.

Perfect 10 for May in coaches votes
They've got some good young players, Brayshaw, Serong, Cerra. I'd have any of them.

Clayton Oliver Contract negotiations
If he is determined to go and forces the clubâs hand then we have to get a proven player plus a high pick in return. We have enough developing youngsters as it is. If itâs Essendon I want Merrett and perhaps a high second rounder. If Carlton then I would try for Saad (he doesnât seem to mind switching clubs) and a first rounder.

CHANGES: Rd 02 vs St. Kilda
Did Jackson steal your girlfriend or what? The kid has bags of talent. Heâll be a mobile ruck and extra midfielder for us in time. They don't grow on trees. He didnât play well on the weekend. If he needs to go back to Casey to develop and learn his craft so be it. I'm not against the idea But trading him after what, 7 games of AFL footy, makes absolutely no sense.

Casey Demons vs Northern Bullants
Whats wrong with having news items about the women's team? They've qualified to play finals and have just beaten 2 top 4 teams on consecutive weekends. When was the last time the blokes did that?

Tribunal & MRP 2021
Perhaps I missing something but the rule is if the impact is severe itâs a 3 match ban. Thereâs no leeway or discretion or discount. Itâs 3 games. End of. If there was malice involved (which I donât think there was) then additional games are added.

Why we beat St.Kilda
Itâll boil down to slotting our set-shots. The saint were very good in this department yesterday considering the conditions. Trac has a critical role to play. He beat the saints last year. They donât match up on him well so he could snag a 5-goal haul. Fritsch and TMac to contribute also. I feel weâll need to kick 15-8 or similar to win.
