Don’t agree as it is a history repeating itself again with different players. Their actions in leaving ( wanting to) are the result of too many ins and outs and sub appointments over 2/3 years. Look at the results on both players regular in a top side and consistently used. They also feel wanted.

Kynan is not too light a player like Windsor was going to be too light or Jefferson is too light. Players with skill can play in certain positions as skill will always win over strength if it is good enough. Kynan could have replaced Maxy who was injured from half til on and also vs Roos Harry was injured. Please don’t say about like for like. You switch the team around to confuse the opposition ! Also just acknowledge that Goody’s use contributed to both Jordon leaving and Toby. Both made their decisions freely to leave. I rest my case. And if he doesn’t learn both Woe and Laurie and Kynan will do the same. Shameful use of players and Subs being burnt.

No one could survive their performances to be fair. But the Club have not been very proactive on trading recruiting or drafting and held onto some flag heroes a bit too long I fear. Hope they still dither a couple more years they deserve to be bottom.

Kynan Brown Pup says Hi only 2 weeks in a row again. Will Goody ever learn? Also the point about Bedford and Jordon is that the same selection tricks and issues are being played out with Laurie Woe and now Kynan. If I was Dog Brown I would be furious with the treatment of Kynan. BTW the record of Schache and Kynan as subs is 1 close win vs Roos 4 pts and 2 losses by 2 points vs Blues in SF and Lions by 5 pts in Round 16. Surely you deserve to lose games and players when you burn them at that rate.

Beautiful doco spot on in all ways with our Club showing how we can take care of some things together. The bonding of Kossie and his family plus his newborn is spine tingling and tears in the eyes stuff. Then to expose Clarry and Shane along with Goody is a masterstroke that will bond those guys even more with our newly emerging playing group. I believe we have started a rebuild on the run both on and off the field. The Demon fans that are dooming and glooming are half empty doubters and thanks to 32,000 last week that atmosphere and noise with all the kids showed how good our start from our slump has been. We can again see the future with the old and new and not to bottom out. This doco shows that Clubs are sometimes more than results on the field and I will be interested in what public credit our Club is given for this initiative of soul, spirit and humanity. 10/10 Dees congratulations.

Welcome reward for Disco as he has had some injuries setbacks in his learning years. Will come out better for his versatility but who knows when good players start to fully fulfill their ability. Congrats Disco let’s see you star on Sat night in the big game and take down the Bonbers.

While I respect your ability to have an opinion I think you are miles off the truth. Clarry is in his life now much much better significantly and is like the Club in for the long haul. A full pre season and fitness level in 2025 will see him back as superstars again for us. .

Simpson Should have walked away at last years end of season. WC. have not helped themselves with keeping some premiership heroes a season or 2 long.

Clearly they have a plan and Grundy would not be happy here as you saw last year. Fullarton and Rooey plus maybe Tmac or Tommo will carry the load. You are bringing up the last years trading scenarios which are as I have mentioned above. The Plan is obvious.

Who takes Kossies place at ground level when he wasted his time flying from the back over other Dees players who are in the team to mark the ball. in other words ONE mark swallow in 100 games ( summers) does not make a summer!!! Imagine if all players did this an all positions team rules would be a disaster. Inlove Kossie and appreciate that he is allowed plenty of space to play expansively because of his amazing ability. I would have seen Clyde play in 1959 and 1960 and he fitted in to our champion team very nicely at CHF. Tough and uncompromising he will meet more of his glory days mates in heaven. Plenty of looking down and in awe of their record. R.I.P. Clyde and sincere sympathies to your family and friends.

Agreed Rev but it’s not enough in some basic ways. His Match Day efforts always seem to leave some possibilities on the table. RDB Bev and Sam Mitchell are the best examples of insightful dynamic and creative and maybe Goody will never be that. But he has failed in close matches to explore moves that are aggressive and his Sub rule handling is the worsting the AFL. We so often play with 22 players.!!

And a Coach who stuffed up his Sub role again, second week in a row. Run was needed and Pup just may have provided it!!

No we can’t become one dimensional any more than we are. We have a coach who by nature is fixed and we need every bit of vision with our players to be versatile. Become more creative with our players and ffsake use our Sub don’t waste him. Thrte seems to be a set against Pup that he is too small etc. He obviously doesn’t think so let him play and see how he goes. Goody does not seem to full embrace some new players and holds them back. I believe it’s not incidental that both Jordon and Bedford chose to leave. And Woe may be the same if he keeps getting the Sub role over the next year or two. Goody has failed again with the Sub this week. You must give him a quarter yo have any effect on the game and please don’t defend him and say who do you take off. It won’t always be a like for like either. That’s surely good for us and not for the opposition!

He should play on Sunday if Petts can’t pass a fitness test. Perhaps he needs the opportunity and who knows?

Disagree He is performing a valuable role at this stage of his development and who’s not to say that he won’t be a forward/ruck players all his career. He also maybe do cameo's in defence as he was a GB in WA U 18’s a below. I can also visualise him playing a kick behind play at times when in the ruck. Yes I still think he is our best bet for FF but we don’t need to be one dimensional about his career. Versatility is now of the best traits players bring to the table and he is making a good fist of it. One day he will explode and kick 5 and never look back or win us the game like he did Anzac Eve in 2023. Besides he thrives in competition on the field and this keeps him active and involved. Plus it provides a mix for his opponent either having to follow or find another forward.

Christian is with Barrass as only two premiership players on that list. So it’s value for each team really. It’s not to say as any of the listed would not be walk into our team now and Cripps and Pearce and Sicily will likely be contending for the next 3 years or so. Could Christian go forward and be a goal sneak in his last 2/3 years to get the best and longest of his career out of him? A HF flanker or Forward Pocket? Small Cameo on the ball once a quarter?
