Frustrating to watch Nic Nat a match winner vs a player with a heart size of a pea!

Too many young players wr never made to earn their spot in the team... Look at the big clubs like Haw, Sydney , Geelong all their players would have played 20-40 games in the vfl...

Wtf would frawley want to stay??? You don't become a good team over nite! You don't stop being a crap team over nite! We can't sack any more coaches or footy dpt people ! This is a 5+ yr plan

His results were all achieved with 1 hand tied behind his back... The club at the time had the poorest training facilities going around! At times they would do preseason & would have to use cones as goal posts! We have had only 3 coaches who played finals since our last flag... Northey 5 final series, Balme 1 & Daniher 6

Get well soon! A great servant of the MFC1 10yr Coach 6 finals 3 top 4 finishes 1 GF Last successful coach & almost won a flag! His achievements are actually amazing when you consider Poor training facilities @ junction oval, continuos instability off the field, lack of funds The club handled his exit very poorly....

Early picks are only as good as the development & culture a club provides.... How many of our failed picks from the last 6 yrs would be still playing in other clubs.. Eg haw, Sydney, Coll Morton was not even in the top 10 in running @ WC but was a top 5 for us!

When will the MFC ever get a break??? We recruit 2 kpp pay $$$ ... Can't get them on the park! Trade our early picks for Hogan ... Can't get him on the park! We are Jinxed!

Well said Master Demon.... It's not about now, it's about how will want to be playing in late 2014, 15 & 16... Painfully as it's been a wreck since 07 but you can't fix it in 4-6 months & we shouldn't forget a complete new structure of on & off the field has occurred

Some posters need to take a hard look in the mirror... Would these posters expect their employer to support them if they were ill ????? Football clubs are workplaces & players need to be treated in the same way! Community expects high standards & role models from clubs & players... Let's show the respect when players are not well both physically & mentally!

Honestly some posters here....pull your heads in Our possessions count has improved, tackling, guys getting their hands on their footy. Look from we're we are coming from getting flogged each week! Our goal kicking was poor & if it was more accurate who knows... You can't fix a train wreck of 5+ yrs in 4-5 months!

Why is Lyon a scapegoat for the train wrecks of the past??? Club is to blame for not having the right people in place to make long term decisions..... Lyon was called upon as a saviour & a band aid approach ..... Expecting anyone to make decisions from a distance is ridiculous. This band aid approach has been the failure of the MFC for the last 49 yrs! Present Mgt not included

Don't remind me... I'm turning 50 in August .... A long time... Why a club that was successful is still without a flag 50 yrs on???

Yeah Crackers... Why make changes to a club which was getting flogged by 100 pts each weak! Why make changes when any decent player wanted out! Why make changes when the recruitment, development , & culture of a club was a disgrace! Why get rid of CS & Connolly who were part of the tanking debacle & destroyed our culture!

A team with 2 wins vs a premiership team with seasoned players.... A team culture & development screwed over the last 5+ yrs A team that was coached (last 2 yrs)by having a stake driven thru it Roos & Co are repairing minds & developing players which will take more than just 2 practice games

We are playing a premiership team.... Expecting too much.... From a list which was flogged by a crappy coach & crappy culture! This will take time not 2 games.....
