I'm overseas..team continues to fail in mental toughness to turn up & play consistent footy each week..

I believe it when I see it! We have a Buckley's chance of getting him.. His mgr is prob just trying to get him more $$ from either the crowd or the cats... fFree agency will/has players naming their price as the talent pool is tool small for so many clubs.. Top teams trying to stay in the premiership clock... I guess that's equalization the afl are taking about!

Up yours Robbo! Don't mind him as a reporter but to take a full page on Roos was over the top! We are a work in progress & a complete rebuild of a whole club which takes more than 1 1/2 or so seasons to fix.... Ignore the noise as its s journey & our list will only improve!

The project last night on channel 10 went back & played all the interviews & speeches that Goodes done .... I think many of these people who are booing should watch this & get the facts..... Stay strong Adam don't take a step back in your beliefs

Honestly we forget we're we are coming from... We had the worst list by far from any other afl club including terrible culture & a busket case of administration. We forget the weekly 100pt loses & a splintered club & close to a decade of poor drafting & crap development... Look at premiership clubs of Geelong & hawthorn & wr they come from.. Took bomber Thompson 8 seasons to win a flag & were expecting after 18mths of Roos to fix our club... Just as frustrated/angry with the crap over the last 8 yrs but also a realist...

Agree as much as we are frustrated etc I don't think people understand how poor our list & a footy club we had become from 08-13.... Our expectations on 1st & 2nd year players is too much but need to question some of the more experience players....no doubt another clean will occur

The introduction of the draft & salary cap in 1986 was to ensure all clubs could possibly have the same chance to win a flag & stop clubs from going broke etc.... Since 1990 flags Melb - 0 Nth Melb -2 Stkilda - 0 Bulldogs-0 Richmond-0 Carlton-1 Essen-1 Coll -2 Haw-4 Geel-3 can you see equalisation??? Afl committed to expansion rather than foundation clubs.....

10yrs of poor drafting & port development is wr we are @ now! Will require another clean out yr end to rid of the vfl players who simply can't play AFL level Skill level alone is not enough & mental preparation to play AFL is critical...

Can't blame Roos for this... Certainly there will be players not @ our club in 2016... Mental toughness to play @ afl level week in week out is required......

Patience is over with this club ... Always choosing when to bring effort ... There's a few senior players who need to question themselves of wether they deserve the $$$ there on... Supporters can't continue to watch garbage & pay memberships etc when u get this crap... Don't know wether the bad culture is still rooted in Some of the playing group... 18 yr member I'm over it .. Don't expect to win always but this crap effort always raises its ugly head....

This competition if you can call it it one will never be equal.... Can't play its other twice, no home & away, only interstate teams have a hone ground advantage, Geelong inc.... Free agency equals top clubs raiding best talent.... It's a marketing/TV comp.....

Whilst I be been patient in the rebuild of the list etc Something is a miss with the mental toughness .& be switched on playing @ afl level... Can we question the leadership to ensure they get the team to switched on.. One wanders if players thought it would be easy???? Over this crap we dish up & what is Roosy thinking of 2017... Don't blame him!

Hogan 1sT year player & played amazing thus far for a young fwd.Tyson 2nd yr player coming of injury... Dunn has been excellent.... Expectations too high .... Played a top 4 team .. The gap is closing

We're are all the critics on demonland sinking the boots into Roos & the players..... expecting miracles & quick fix of our list.....A new breed & culture is developing & the team has shown in most games they are capable of playing great footy...

This why u follow your team..... How sweet to best those bastards who gave caused do much pain with ave losing margin of 70pts! This what builds character to win away with a hostile crowd....

It's called decision making....they have allowed thru turnovers to be scored against in the last 2 minutes of each quarters...

It's called a the AFL were we play in a even competition with a true home & away season! Until the afl decide on playing each other twice or have 2 groups of 8 to play each other twice you will have tv rights inc ratings dictating when,who & were games are played!

Great to focus on the positives like Hogan instead of the damn 40sec which the media have done to death! One can only imagine players like Brayshaw, Viney, petracca, Salem,Tyson, toumpas kicking the ball to Hogan!

Whilst I was/am [censored] off @ these games we should be winning .... The reality it's were our list is & the dumb turnovers which has gifted many clubs many goals..... We have a number of vfl players getting afl games.... It took Thompson 8 seasons to win a flag & develop the culture @ Geelong & we are expecting Roos to get us right in 1 1/2 seasons... Some perspective?????
