Cant expect to win many games when you have 20 goals against kicked against you! Poor leadership/culture continues at this club Goody will say not the way we want to play blah blah You wonder why we continue to be the laughing stock of the AFL! MFC continues to live up to its loser mentality!

Don't think there is any other club that has crucified its supporters or created more false dawns than the MFC, reckon 50 years of punishment has just tipped me over the edge. Once again they have lived up to their reputation of pretenders!

Cats won flag in 07 & 08 lost to Hawks

2004 on top & lost last 4 rounds & then to essendon in the elimination final. We just always struggle with staying dominate for long enough

Tale of 2 clubs Hawks continue to find a way after winning 3 flags to rejuvenate & challenge by finishing top 4. MfC continue to find ways of falling in a heap after playing in a few finals.

Bottom of the ladder again! Hawks have turned over their list after winning 3 flags in a row & yet continue to contest! MFC have had so many early picks since 07 & yet on last nights form still don't look to be going anywhere ! 55 years of insipid performances!

Reality Simon we leak too many goals too easily & have been doing since last year .. Prelim final great example.. so what if we have more inside 50s when the other side kicks 20 goals ..need to play both ways which is what Roos implemented & now appears to be thrown out the window

Don’t disagree & not sure if both those teams had same amount of injuries & lack of match ready etc ..clearly looked underdone ..

3 of the 4 prelim teams lost 1st game, lot of our top players clearly are not @ afl match fitness, reality is injuries & fitness have played a key role in our preparation. Certainly may derail our season but that’s footy & part of the jinx of the MfC .. will the footy gods ever [censored] shine on this club?

Excuses of starting pre season by 4 weeks... hasn’t affected cats, tigers, pies whilst they lost still looked good, Hawks winning away In Adelaide ... clearly players not ready.. concerning as could be 0-4 & goodnight 2019

One needs to question our fitness people & coach wtf are we playing players that are clearly underdone? Let’s hope this isn’t another season of failure! As a long mfc member could be history repeating its self!

Need to take a lesson out of Hawks they kept their mouths shut until deals were done. Unsure why Mahoney has been talking so much.
