Nothing wrong with being a curmudgeon- I've been one for years.

Some serious questions asked about Paul Roos ...
chook fowler replied to dazzledavey36's topic in Melbourne Demons
FFS coaching is a not a one man band. Who gives a stuff if Roos isn't there for every minute of training. I'm very happy with our structures - there is no reason to doubt Roos commitment or his value to our progress. -

Well done Tasmanvir. A joy to read. Long may you reign. -
Got free tickets to Andre Rieu and wore a cardigan!

I still harbour a secret desire to be drafted by the Dees at the age of 63. Reckon I'd go OK in a forward pocket.

Good to hear Liam is ahead of schedule. Unfortunately there are many anomalies in the health insurance industry as you are finding out. He may qualify for some free physio through a health care plan via your GP.

Melbourne Football Club Training - November, 2015

Plus no injuries -
There in lies the problem. He is a chronic turnover merchant and that is unlikely to change at this stage of his career. He was also criticised for playing loose and losing track of his opponent.

I read every Casey player review last year and I can't remember many flattering reports about Terlichs play. Seems to be a very ordinary player even at VFL level. Can't understand him still being around.

Too similar to King and Fitz for my liking but I trust our recruiters.

Looks like Caitlin Jenner

Still think his last 2 games for us were impressive and showed he may have turned the corner. Glad he is still on the list. Degrees better than M Jones and Terlich IMO
-
My first footy hero. He may not have kept Hudson goalless but he acknowledged him as the best fullback he had played against. Tassie was more than serviceable in the ruck as well, despite being only 6ft2. Really sad to hear of his passing.

More like Keith.

Disingenuous of the players brief describing it as a prank.

How about Mortein -
I hope the penny has dropped for those doubters that our Club is now in the hands of top notch people. We are so far removed from where we were 3 years ago. The foundations are now in place for sustained success. Well done to all involved in the current trade period.

Prefer someone that looks like Tarzan but plays like Daisy -
Jimmy is a genuinely nice guy without a malicious bone in his body. Happy to give him the benefit of the doubt. Just a badly worded statement I expect. I hope he comes good at Port , just not against us.

Terlich and M Jones should get it done

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB – JAKE MELKSHAM
chook fowler replied to Theo's topic in Melbourne Demons
He's got a good boot and looks balanced. Plenty to like. Considering pick 25 in this draft looks likely to be a lottery, not a bad deal. -
Hard to argue that our forward line hasn't been hopeless in recent years - mostly on the back of poor delivery from an ordinary midfield and poor skills off the half backline. Thought Harmes showed some promise as a half forward and Kent will be handy if he gets his body right. I believe Petracca likes a goal as well. Not convinced about JKH as a forward, so another small quick forward would be handy.
