I've heard a few coaches over time put their hand up when they feel they haven't performed or supported the players during games but they don't usually give you the how or why that Kingy provides here. E.g. the outcomes vs process explanation is a clear self-critique we as supporters can understand and appreciate.

Nah the tigers have nothing to beat us, Essendon have a few star players, that can do something special, we win but it won't be a huge margin, dees by 25 points, only because of the short turn around

Why are we playing in Adelaide? Richmond have lost there only experienced midfielder, Essendon showed good signs the week before against the bulldogs, and had a few players coming back, and still have 2 all Australian midfielders.
