Of recent times, the mighty demons have used โ€œHells Bells - AC/DCโ€ as their walk out song pre-game.

Interested to hear your thoughts on what song we should use for this seasons walk out?

Iโ€™m sure there will be some really great songs mentioned.

For me it,s a NO BRAINER ,SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL .Played it one game at the G this year at half time .If they can do a remix with the What,s Puzzling You The Nature Of Our Game then into the OOHS OOHS we can make it MFC game day song with all MFC faithful old and young singing OOH OOH chorus really simple but catchy .Imagine it on Kings Birthday totally blowing the Collingwood whatever when they start up with their usual ,the MFC has to start being creative and get all fans involved I reckon the players would get a real buzz from it especially during a big game .Ps why don,t the club get on the front foot now do an ad with all the Players ,Guys and Girls Staff etc Fans ,Old players and get the ball rolling with a new era .Also see if you can get BAZ LUHRMAN to do it he is a Demon .

Oh, I forgot this oneโ€ฆ

Voodoo People - The Prodigy

Alsoโ€ฆ

Hey Boy Hey Girl - The Chemical Brothers

Right Here, Right Now - Fatboy Slim

Yes, Iโ€™m stuck in the 90โ€™s. Anyone got a problem with that?!

Jesse Hogan has hijacked a perfect runout song for his goal celebration song. โ€œCanโ€™t Stopโ€ by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Naughty Jesse! ๐Ÿ˜

King of Wishful Thinking?

I get knocked down

but I renew again

I mean how about we dont have one.

Thats the best option.

I knew sch!tt would get real when you discovered this thread, G. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I've said in previous threads, this is the song. Nothing would get our players ready to run through a brick wall like these guys.

let it go GIF

One least we could use it for the big freeze game โ€ฆ ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

Let it go, let it go
And I'll rise like the break of dawn
Let it go, let it go
That perfect player is gone
Here I stand in the light of day
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway

I sometimes reflect that music from say the mid 90s is now 30 years old which would be the equivalent of in say 1995 (when i was rocking out to Prodigy and the Chemical Brothers) listening to music from 1965.

The top 10 hits in Australia in 1965 were:

  • Shake, N' Bake - Normie Rowe & Playboys

  • The Carnival Is Over - The Seekers

  • Help! - The Beatles

  • Rock and Roll Music - The Beatles

  • Crying in the Chapel - Elvis Presley

  • I'll Never Find Another You - Seekers

  • Under the Boardwalk - The Rolling Stones

  • The Wedding - Julie Rogers

  • Mrs. Brown You've Got a Lovely Daughter - Herman's Hermits

  • Ticket to Ride - The Beatles
