I believe the last FiFA game at AAMI is tomorrow.

Could be a a chance that the MFC teams are back into AAMI and on Gosch's soon.

Maybe a captain's run on Saturday morning!

Sorry, I thought it was a Sunday game, game on Saturday night!

Perhaps a captain's run tomorrow, Friday 9.30 am at Gosch's, or The Junction, or Xavier.

Gosch's, would be best for me!

So they actually did do a Junction session this week? Thought it might have been a rumour!

Would have loved to wing on down being in the area. For old times sake.

I wonder where they are.

Trying to find “the forward connection”?

Just realised that they play, Sunday.

Good chance they will out on Gosch's tomorrow (Tuesday) at around 11.30 am, for a recovery and review session.

Then Thursday 9.30 am at Casey, for the main training.

Maybe a Captain's run, on Saturday morning at Gosch's, 9.30 am.

You're welcome.

Helps me get out for those morning walks, via the Yarra and the Botanical. I enjoy that, and the storms young players were having some fullish sims.

Beautiful day down here in Melbourne.

I thought, maybe the club has changed up its training routine, as it prepares for a finals assault.

I will have a sqizz at Gosch's again, Thursday morning.

Weren't they at Casey while the World cup is on?

They were all over the place, Xavier, Junction and Casey.

FIFA games are no longer played at AAMI. Last one was on the 8th, I think. I expect/assume that their facilities at AAMI are now available to use.

And again this highlights our "BASKET CASE" of a search for a permanent home base!

Speculation of training program.

From the FB page with some photos of being them at Casey for a run today, I would guess that they train again, Saturday morning, Monday morning and the Captain's run Wednesday, at Gosch's for the advertised open training. https://www.melbournefc.com.au/teams/training-times

AFL Training Sessions

Open Training
Wednesday 6 September
9:00am - 10:30am
Includes retail, membership, food trucks, face-painting, sponsor giveaways.

Perhaps at Gosch's Saturday (start 9.00 or 9.30 am), before they head to Boxhill to support the Casey team, (they may do it at Casey though).

Monday could be their main training, I expect it to be a closed session, out at Casey.

I saw numerous photos on the club website - but nothing showing Frittata or a moon boot.

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,

Veteran Demonland Trackwatcher Kev Martin returned to the training track to bring you the following observations from Gosch's Paddock this morning. Beautiful morning for training. The dew has dried, out from AAMI, quiet chatting. Maysie does his heart symbol. 7 in rehab, Turner, Hore, Sestan, BBB, Petty, Spargo and Schache. All in runners. Melky weighted and change of angles work. Salem has his individual program. White cap (no contact), Howes, Woewodin and Sparrow

    GALLANT by KC from Casey

The world “gallant” is not one that is readily acceptable to losing teams in our game of football so when it was used in the context of the Casey Demons’ loss to Sandringham in yesterday’s match at Casey Fields, it left a bitter taste in the mouth.  The Demons went into the game against the St Kilda affiliated Zebras with the advantage of playing on their home turf (not that this has been a major asset in 2024) and with very little else going in their favour. The Saints have close to a full
