I’m watching the Aussies swim for gold because emotionally thinking about this game is too much.

Edit: Gold! These women know how to deliver under pressure. Please learn Melbourne!

Hopefully when we're expected to win ....ie;  today!!  Rinse repeat... rinse repeat season  after season after season (eg,  Carltank in 2005....16 years ago...twice if i'm correct!!)

Chief Health Officers and the puppeteers pulling their vote swinging levers have no idea of the real world. You cam lump the top brass in VicPol.

They have not lost 1 cent of pay and their power trips are fueling their misplaced ego and burning our once great country to its core,

6 million people or more in lockdown yesterday in NSW and these morons deny the burbs the opportunity to forget the reality of the most miserable time our country has ever known for a couple of hours to stamp a Power Play of No Professional Sport immediately. Its not like the players had been to school or that you could not put strict protocols in place. Surely a no crowd situation would have been enough.

What a bunch of entitled short sighted dogs.

I also put Morrison in the entitled no idea bracket. Not so much for an ego boosting power trip like the other clowns. But he should not have let the media and whatever loose cannons indoctrinate the community with Anti Vax blood clot rubbish.

Just remember every single one of these puppeteers has not been impacted in any way shape or form like the rest of us. Our country, my friends, is nothing but a sad memory of what were once the golden years. I just wish we knew it was in fact the golden years were upon us.

Now we are just a sad disenfranchised bunch where the lowest common denominator is the majority and lazily accept the constant reaming and are just happy to play on facebook and watch The Bachelor while the uneducated political pigs ruin the joint.

How do you reckon the team will go today Wiz?

Game starts at 12:10 the 12:30 is the time Melbourne wake up and realize they are in a game.

Who am I to argue...

Edit: watching elite athletes strive for the ultimate was making me thirsty anyway.

Christ I hope they are switched on today.  Have to win just to stay in touch with the top two.

Lets go Dees at the Fortress

Is this in the right thread?

Probably not. But if that is your main take away from my post, well thats quite ironic and an example of the diminishing priorities and care factor I am talking about.

Here we go.

No crowds again.

Can't take the Suns lightly.

Hoping for a very attacking game.

Top ten players have to lead the way.

Accuracy and efficiency is important for us to get our season back on track.

Effort, run, anger and selflessness.

Go Dees!

Time to find some form. If we don’t hurry up and get back to our best this season will quickly get away from us.

A part of me would just love to sit back and enjoy a good drubbing of the Suns today. Talent on paper says so.

The other part knows deep down that I'll once again sit through a game knowing we've kicked 7.13 to 3 quarter time and we're 4 points up heading into the last quarter.....

Please be option 1.

I have no idea why but i do believe the boys will come out today and show us why we were so good earlier.

A drubbing is a coming.

Dees by sixty.

Couple of nice touches for Bowey early. that'll settle him

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
