Just as deliberate as the one paid against us. Not paid.

Yep. Cost Cutting

Last year proved they could do it

They do it everywhere around the world, a lot of Premier League commentary is done in the same building as VAR.

Even worse, May was being shoved as he kicked it.

God that is a terrible kick from ANB, kick high to a 1-1 contest at least. At least give us a chance for a mark or free.

I have never disliked a player as much as I dislike Greene.

Sorry but Jetta going to cost us in big games

Clarry should look at how Greene reacted to the poor kick then. He was angry, no smiles at all.

He's a yard off it pace wise

No need to chip backwards with the man on the mark rule, we should be hitting targets after every kick as there is nothing to impede the kicker.

Need targets to present. Workrate.

We should run over the top of them given they are down to one and a half fit men on the bench.

Old Melbourne would win this by 6 - 12 points a ruthless side would be looking for percentage

It's alway just such a mess when we play, even when we win.

GWS down to one on the bench. Put the pedal now Demons and smash them.

Hey Uncle I am down at Chez Picket Fence coastal retreat at Inverloch and was just thinking exactly the same thing, a cleansing " Little Giant" Barossa Shiraz 2018 will go down well with the Fillet Mignon im about to consume pre game??

You’re all class picket!

I reckon we’ll be drunkenly singing the song about the same time

Make sure you’re in tune!

Against Freo were were 17pts up at 3 quarter time, against the Saints we were 15pts up. Neither game we put them to the sword, have to do it today.

Happy with this. Yes it's not pretty all the time, but GWS are having a crack and making it difficult

Hopefully we kick away by a few more goals. Dees by 30

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
