They’re getting on top in clearances early. Which we all know means danger for us.

That was a mark to Lever.

Two free kicks missed to us before the GWS goal.

James Brayshaw talking about how Mumford likes to 'target midfielders', as if he was praising him for the dog act.

Poor form.

Can't believe him and Richo were waxing lyrical about how he bashed Oliver like it was a great thing for football. Stumpheads.

How about a mark ffs

was a free kick to Lever all the way.... and Fritta held off the ball.  Other teams would've got one of those at least but i guess we are playing the AFL's No.1 love child

Lever - Mark. Fritsch held. Oliver’s head removed? Good footy according to these knobs on the commentary. I thought the head was sacrosanct?!!

He's got no idea where the goals are, Kozzie.

There's been so many comments like this from them lately mot nearly enough condemning

Kozzie needs to kick more goals. I’m positive it come. Just being impatient. The fact he is getting opportunities so early in his careers bodes well for his and our futures

He is SO DAMN CLOSE to ripping a game apart.

He just needs to kick those goals and he'll be right.

That's the bit that hangs over this game.  I mean, it's great to see us playing well, but why can't we do this in the previous two games?  In both we came out listless and uninspired.  Tonight we look like a Top 8 team.  It's frustrating to say the least.

Very true! It's almost worse to see this, as bad as it sounds? Like, it's abundantly clear the we can do this, so why not before, and why not consistently?

I don't know how my health insurance premiums aren't sky high being a Demon...

How many high tackles?

This is your last game Mumford so your job is to beat up everyone is it. Ba$$tard.

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
