The DOgs do a lot of their training at the VIS in Footscray. I have been on a tour of the facility and its pretty impressive. Their kicking for goal simulators are first class with the mechanics of each limb movement measured and plotted etc. Wouldn't be surprised if Cloke has spent a lot of time there....

Possibly Pro but in the end most clubs and the FD don't treat these matches with a high level of seriousness and what happens on the day is only a very loose indication of how individuals are probably fairing vs the team as a whole IMO.

Even the addition or omission of 2 to 3 of the best players can make a huge difference to a result during the season proper when fine tuning and match fitness start to really kick in and/or take its toll on the younger brigade, if a club is putting a relatively inexperienced list on the track.
