Dank has come out and said he provided Bock with CJC and has said where he bought it. Surely the pharmacy has records and can confirm what it was and ASADA can then go after Bock. Then again it does raise the question of why Dank can remember that and is willing to say it yet can't provide any clarity in the EFC matter?

No one believes or trusts what Dank says anymore. He is poison and friendless.

Actually I think you'll find once this is all over and the truth comes out, he (and Hird) will be in a very good position.

I know because they told us this several times. They wouldn't lie.

I get the feeling Dank has changed strategy and has decided if he's going to go down he's going to take some people with him. If that's the case, there might be a few nervous people around.

Yes, Hird will certainly be sitting pretty. How many other disgraced leaders in society get to watch their bank balance increase by the million every year? Actually, forget that, it happens all too regularly....

Because he wants to discredit ASADA and the overall Dons ruling. What a c, he is willing to throw anyone under the bus he feels like but not yet help the Dons players who he believes he can clear.

Biggest problem with that is that by him saying this it may actually make the Dons ruling look even more likely to be right as he then has form of supplying banned drugs without proper approval. Not sure he is cleaver enough to work that out.

Dank was charged with trafficking in relation to this. Bock was investigated and they found insufficient evidence to charge him.

Wasn't he found guilty of attempting to supply though, not actual supply, big difference.

In relation to the GC Suns it was attempting to traffic and not trafficking, my mistake.

Apparently the sticking point is proving the CJC was actually CJC. They don't seem to actually put enough weight on Dank's word to even believe him when he is admitting a breach of the code! From what I have read my take is that they are comfortable Back got given something, he injected what ever it was, Dank and robinson both say it was the banned CJC, ASADA say they can't prove it was. Seems a little odd.

Dank also said he asked ASADA if it was banned and they said it wasn't, no word from ASADA as to whether they have record of this query from Dank.

In the biggest shock of the day

Asada just announced they are going to look at the Bock case again in light of what Dank said and have asked the journo for his info

I'm not sure who's evidence would be more unrealiable - Dank or a News Ltd journalist.

Dank may well have sunk Bock with his statements, especially the name of the pharmacy as they may actually have kept real records. Dank doesn't probably realise he just sunk his appeal of the attempted traffic charge, although it may now be a traffic charge instead!

Here's the ASADA statement. I'm not sure of the value to ASADA of hearsay evidence. Clearly the "strands in a cable" approach strengthens its value, but I would really have doubts about anything Dank says even if I heard him say it directly. To hear what he said from a third party must surely diminish its credibility even further, even if it's seemingly damning commentary.

If Dank said it was night time I would go outside to check.

The biggest bit of info to me is the admission of where he got the CJC from. It is worth going to ask them what they know. Who knows, Dank might be playing games and the pharmacy may well have never had anything to do with him, it is worth looking at though.
