Seen this bloke play a lot and when he does I thought he has looked impressive. I know we were chasing around him around the time we nabbed Clark but with Roosy not a fan of picking talls in draft this bloke would be handy delisted agency tall depth player.

197cm 96kg big lump of a lad who can take huge mark and play forward and back and is pretty mobile and a really decent kick of the ball. With Frawley likely to go and our lack of talls up forward he would be a handy depth player. Seriously if Roos can turn a bloke like Pedersen career around then surely this bloke would have a fair chance aswell.

Also kicked some big bags in the NEAFL last year aswell with 7 and 8 goals. I know competition is much chop but not a bad effort still. also kicked a couple of 5 and 4.

Not sure if serious.

Can't kick. Slow as can be. Isn't a forward or a back. Couldn't hold a regular game for Brisbane last year or early this year when they pretty much had no reasonable options (they found a bunch of promising kids who needed the start of this year to find their feet).

Highlights:

- Blind turned Sam Shaw

- Took a mark with Matthew Watson on him

- Crumbed a pack and shot out a handball that wasn't even that good

- Took a chest mark

- A couple of other decent marks but that's about it

Traded out of Hawthorn when they could've done with a good tall defender. Unable to hold a spot at Brissy.

Just because Roos worked a miracle with Pedersen doesn't mean we should try to add more battlers to our list. We can make do with a combination of Hogan, Dawes, Gawn and Fitzpatrick forward and Dunn, McDonald and Garland down back. Then Pedersen can fight for a spot at either end as well. Georgiou on the rookie list. We can then replace Frawley either with Frost or hit the draft for some youngsters with real potential.

I liked his footy back in the U-18's, but I was more interested in us taking a more athletic tall back in those years.... I agree he would be worth looking out for.

I have since come right around to hoping for more robust talls as long as they will throw they're weight about a bit; & catch the contested ball well... as Mitch did do.

You can't have watched him play this year. Absolutely awful and a retrograde step. Also, Pedersen has returned to his normal output this year. Neeld had as much to do with Pedersen's drop in form as Roos has in his renaissance.
