I know the boys are allowed 8 wks (I think) off during the offseason but geez it would be a great show of faith if they all said lets have 4 or 5 wks off and come back early for preseason.

I know Gawn is doing something like this and would be nice if ALL Melb listed players did the same.

I didn't say lets floog(can't believe this word is sensored) em bing.

They could use the extra time to work on the game plan which amoung other things needs alot of work.

It definitely wouldn't hurt our team to turn up early.

Please God just one year before I join you can I enjoy the thought of playing actual games in September and not thinking about drafting and the next season training?

Please it is not too much to ask surely!

I'm confident we'll be playing football in September in 2015.

It's not that I'm overly optimistic, but I understand the Grand Final will be in October, meaning the last home and away round must be the first week in September.

Note: I am in no way attempting to hasten Old Dee's departure from this mortal coil.

I'm far from convinced that I'll be going upstairs old dee, but I've made a pledge to anyone prepared to listen (which is not very many!) that I'm not leaving this world until we have number 13.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
