it is interesting to see how many people want Neeld to be sacked.Think of the consequences an early payout for Neeld and co.Nothing like increasing the debt, however Harrington went to

the U.S.A to check out some combine,a staff member c.c receive a 2 yr contract extension. Would'nt you think we would reduce we should be reduce staff and therefore make the rest work harder.it's not rocket science!!! Should the players be held responsible ? OR perhaps the board and M.C.C members have too much control. Being pretentious and big noting oneself is much more important than supporting the club.

I remember under Bailey as coach when the Dees got smashed by G.F.C (still having nightmares) a certain player(no name) was dropped to the reserves,in the Herald-Sun it was reported

that quote "I don't know where my future is at M.F.C",ever since that period of time he's never been dropped and received an extension to he's contract. My response would be, theres the front door don't let it hit you on the way out. Sounds like this person is in someone's pocket.

At the Board Meeting,I would show Neeld a Dvd Dees v Freo then ask questions i.e (1) Why don't players man up,(2) Why don't players chase their opponents considering they are suppose to be fitter than last year...perhaps the opposition teams have became much more fitter than us. (3) Why do the players drop simple marks when not under pressure....perhaps we have to a ban hand lotion, what about using coarse sandpaper.(4) What is the game plan?

Separetley I would show the players in groups of 5-6 the same Dvd and then ask the same questions. ONLY by asking questions is one is able to gain an insight why the M.F.C produce so

many underachievers ( AKA duds) , perhaps certain players like get rid of coaches.Tarintino could produce a movie KILL COACH vol one the downfall of BAILEY,KILL COACH vol two .......you get it.

Maybe the club every 3 years need to clone a Jimmy Stynes ( great bloke, sadly missed) to bail M.F.C out of their financial woes. note:- medical science has come a long way.

OR we could employ Yummy Stynes social commentator, her thoughtless comments cold shock players into action!!!

Whilst I remember going back in time when R.Barassi was coach ( he had previous premierships with C.F.C and NM.F.C) he tried to toughen up the players by intensifying the physical training, some players did'nt the tough stuff. An animals head was left outside his office. Is history repeating itself.Let's get a President that is more like Jeff, willing to stand on toes.

Care to spellcheck your heaadline?

And after that spellcheck the rest. Though not bad for year two in Primary School using such big words!

it is pretty sad if we are more worried about spelling more than what is going on or not at Demonland. A lot of our polies can't spell either and are good at wasting tax payers money however they are forgiven.

Great to have you back Wayne. Col Sylvia says thanks for the ringing endorsement re the captaincy

It is my clear belief that such writing talent must be nurtured.

Great to hear your opinion. No I don't care about the spelling. I am more worried about your assessment. I don't recall a team so disorganised on the field, and playing with such lack of energy or unity as this team does. It's no simple answer. But while the players are the ones who must change, the head coach has to carry responsibility. He is paid to get the team to perform. If he cann't effect change he must go. Our record must be in the bottom few percent of poor performances ever. That has got to change and it will take something drastic.

It's not so much that I'm more worried about spelling and grammar mistakes but that I can't understand what's being said. It's not merely bad, it's incoherent in places.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
