I can't see that there are real problems, I am not in the Club on a daily basis, are you?......you are basing your sight/opinion on hearsay/rumour/innuendo etc, what I can see is that the players performed very poorly last weekend and hopefully they will be better this weekend, personally I think unfortunately we have a group of players maybe half the team at any time that is severely lacking in confidence, Neeld and Co are trying to rebuild this confidence.....

The man could not be any clearer, we need experienced people at the club and the FD structure needs to be changed so that one person (the head of the FD) reports to the CEO. The CEO is not the manager of the FD although in effect that is what has been happening under the existing structure.

..but he did have a guy called Graeme McMahon as president and just a little experience around the club which is what he was talking about.

Sat, your position that there are no real problems at the club is inconsistent with our results, what PJ said and the significant changes that are inevitably coming.
