Too many soft options here. We have been the hunted for too long and a song that would fit in with our recent media profile and really psyche up the players running out is Megadeth's 'Public Enemy No. 1'. I am afraid any less than Thrash Metal is just not making a loud and tough enough statement.
Legend.

That song is soft though, I wouldnt call it thrash.

How about devils island!?

Now what about Hall & Oates - You Make My Dreams Come True. That should really get the MCC members "rockin" in their seats.

It also for Stuie and Biff - come on you two just make up - you know you want to!

(Sorry tried to paste the You Tube Video but am technically inept - anyone tell me how to do it?)

Just highlight the address when the song is playing on youtube . Right click - copy . Over to 'land, open the reply box and then right click - paste .

If the link comes up as a single line after you've pressed 'post', click on 'edit' then 'save changes' and it should open the link up .

Good luck !

Just as an aside - if we come out this year and play awful, insipid football again, despite having some 'call to arms' or other such attempted gee-up before we run out, how is that going to look? IMO, about as good as hoisting the 'Grand Old Flag' up a flagpole.

dominate? not BBO or Biff... I think your overreacting. Biff isn't targeting you, baiting maybe, just because he wants to have fun on the site. And I feel sure he'd like you to lighten up & share the fun.

Intensity is a curse Stu. & I'm trying desperately to lose some of mine. Humour is a great way to ease it up.

enjoy the place, viva la difference`...

There is a difference between humour and insults.

Benny Hill theme tune as the players chase each down the race

You sexist pig.

Benny Hill was only interested in women for his personal titillation.

Thanks Macca. Feeling rather chuffed with myself. Hope Stuie and Biff like it.

Luv it-but it appears as just a series of letters and symbols on the screen.

Still nothing wrong with it at all.

Biffen & Stuie - could you both please pull your heads in with the insults and the rest would do us all a favour by staying out, checking up on the code of conduct and most importantly sticking to the topic.

We don't like banning posters but will if we have to!!!

I'm reading a lot of complaining about the use of song, but they played that Muse track before every game and nobody seemed to care. I really don't think it's a big deal.

I think the song should be a stadium-rock anthem with a big intro.

The Who - Baba O'Riley

Stones - Street Fighting Man

Led Zep - Rock and Roll

ACDC - Riff Raff

Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run

How about scrapping this idea as there is already too much noise pre-game such as the nonsense by ground announcers. Think about how pointless this idea is. No way I want some ACDC nonsense before the Dees run out, they are an overrated band, I don't associate them with the Dees in any way and before I heard 'Long way to the top' 100000 times at the footy last year I didn't actually think it was a bad song. I don't mind some music played before the games, just having an official song we always play before our theme song sounds like a terrible idea. Add maybe a couple of announcements about the club, and a replay on the scoreboard until the teams run out is all I want

And!

He got away with it.

The jokes on bald guys were a bit rough though.

These two imo would be great to run out to.

Burn it to the ground, Nickelback

If I ever have to hear that song again I will have stab myself to take the pain away from my ears.

If anyone can turn me into a cutter at middle-age-its the voice.

And I cant try and understand it.

2024 Player Reviews: #7 Jack Viney

The tough on baller won his second Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Trophy in a narrow battle with skipper Max Gawn and Alex Neal-Bullen and battled on manfully in the face of a number of injury niggles. A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. DITCHA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I attended some of the training today. Richo spoke to me and said not to believe what is in the media, as we will good this year. Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
