Gysberts for Jetta.

Hoping Stauss starts on the ground and has a job to do so we can see where he's at.

That'll be it I reckon. No way in hell Petterd comes in now.

I doubt there's any point in Watts coming back in a hurry. They'll be very conservative with him.

Moloney played his 1st decent game for the year and you want to drop him?

For me It's,

In- Watts, Gysberts, Tappy

Out- Trengove, Jetta, Sellar

Any thoughts on Evans coming in? Is he eligible to play? My memory of his first few matches (which seem like a lifetime ago now) were of him being a quick player who ran to the right places, so he found himself on the receiving end of the ball a lot. It would be fair to say we could use a player or two with those traits.

Yeah that's evans he is quick. What got me thinking we might win games was the link up between Nicho,Evans and Blease. They all haven't come on as quick as we would like thanks to injury and form but all have pace with some dodgy disposal at times but I believe these 3 could/should be our outside players.

On another note if we win this game I'm going to be [censored] off!

Won't make a difference. I think it's going to be a close GCFC win.

GC beat us, beat GWS, go above us on the ladder- only have to worry about keeping GWS from bidding on Viney- which I'm more confident about doing.

Being able to use pick first two picks on kids, getting Viney with pick 20 something is the only thing that is going to bring a smile to my face in the season from hell!

We'll beat GWS leaving Melb & GC on 3 wins each. Our percentage Is better than GC's

If he found himself "on the receiving end of the ball" kicked by a Melbourne player then he was bloody lucky!

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
