I'm in and making an exception for Demonland, as I find it almost impossible not to tip the Dees every week.

Unfortunately for me - I'm in under my real name... I run the work footy tipping through footytips.com.au, and it looks like you can have either an alias or your name but whatever you choose is the same for all the competitions, can't be adapted for different competitions... Plan b would be create a second account - can't be assed tipping twice under 2 accounts though.... Anywho...

I could never tip against the Dees even if it meant losing the tipping, which it has.

Exactly how I feel. I gave away work tipping because i refused to tip against them.

Could we have a tipping competition where everyone must Tip the Dees or are Robbie F and I destined to bring up the rear?

I have no problem tipping against the Dees if I genuinely don't think we can win. That does not mean that I want us to lose. I would much prefer to get my tip wrong in that case. I have never understood why people think they have to tip us out of some blind loyalty.

Certainly not critical of anyone for tipping against us. I believe anyone spending time on this site is a loyal supporter full stop.

I think one of my mates has lost it when he refuses to wear something again that "caused" a big Melbourne loss (although the demon shop does a brisk business on him alone) and he thinks I am mad when I tell him not to predict a shot on goal.

It just pains me to tip against or to think there is no hope of a win.

I just hope the players go into every game thinking they are a chance to win.

I'm with you, Robbie. Never have tipped against the Dees, and never will. Guess I'm just stupid enough to think the boys can win every time they go on to the park. Call it naive, if you will.

But, I cannot believe Jimmy ever ran out on to the ground with anything less than total belief in a win...

A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025.
