So if he wasnt driving, what has he done wrong? Dont say he was out at 6:45am. It is off-season, he is on holidays. He can be out as late as he wants.

They're not excuses they're facts; what we expect of Col maybe something he is incapable of delivering; you understand that part don't you?

You seem to have trouble dealing with criticism of your opinion.

You don't think Colin should be made the excuse of our troubles, and in the same post you gave plenty of excuses for Colin's troubles.

As for whether he is good enough - maybe he isn't. He certainly is living up to that...

I must say I'm having trouble following that.

You can criticise my opinion all you like I don't expect anyone to agree with me if they do they do. Col certainly hasn't been the worst player we've had on the list and his performance has been ok just not stellar, as I said maybe he is playing as well as he can.

You seem to have a bit of trouble when anyone questions you as well.

No, the driver of the car must exchange details in an accident and if someone is injured it must be reported to the police. The passenger has no obligation. Also, when you say "leave the scene of an accident", you obviously are meaning before the exchange of details, as everyone who is able to , leaves the scene of an accident at some stage.

It must also be reported to police if there is property damage and the owner isn't present - however that again is a driver obligation. While Col wasn't driving, he probably needs to think twice before he hands his keys to a mate!

Yeah, Neitz tried to do the right thing a few years ago, he got into strife because the ?#%$? cabbie refused to take him.

they must've hit the pole hard as seemingly the car bounced into a Mini car yard and landed on the bonnet of a $70,00 Mini and wrecked it!!!

p.s. does anbody else think $70,000 is a bit steep for a Mini???

I used to drive a Mini that only cost $400. Of course, that was when $10 would fill the tank....

Wonderful cars the old minis. I used to fit myself, my baby, his pram and the week's shopping into the car. I laugh when I see prospective parents rushing out to buy a station wagon so they can fit in the gear - all you need is a mini! Too bad it didn't have any door locks though - ever wondered why Mr Bean has a padlock on his? Well, now you know why!

Why on earth would someone feel compelled to ring up and say that he [censored] on the bar if he did'nt? IMO He just got lucky that the CCTV didnt find him guilty, so he is presumed innocent.

Why would someone do such a thing? Why not? People lie all the time, particularly if they think it will grab them some fame (chk chk boom springs to mind) or they have a grudge, or for some other reason. I would put more weight on the fact that the bar owner/manager made a public statement saying Beamer did NOT pee in his bar.

Unsubstantiated rumours are a wonderful thing, because you don't have to prove anything but can malign anyone you choose.

    BLOW THE SIREN by Meggs

    Fremantle hosted the Demons on a sunny 20-degree Saturdayafternoon winning the toss and electing to defend in the first quarter against the 3-goal breeze favouring the Parry Street end. There was method here, as this would give the comeback queens, the Dockers, last use of the breeze. The Melbourne Coach had promised an improved performance, and we did start better than previous weeks, winning the ball out of the middle, using the breeze advantage and connecting to the forwards.

    With Casey Fields basking in sunshine, an enthusiastic throng of young Demons fans formed a guard of honour for the evergreen and much admired 75-gamer Paxy Paxman. As the home team ran out to play, Paxy’s banner promised that the Demons would bounce back from last week’s loss to Brisbane and reign supreme.   Disappointingly, the Kangaroos dominated the match to win by 50 points, but our Paxy certainly did her bit.  She was clearly our best player, sweeping well in defence.

    The 40,000 seat $319 million redeveloped Kardinia Park Stadium was nowhere near capacity last night but the strong, noisy contingent of Melbourne supporters led by the DeeArmy journeyed to Geelong to witness a high-quality battle between two of the best teams in AFLW.   The Cats entered the arena to the blasting sounds of Zombie Nation and made a hot start kicking the first 2 goals.
