I’m back after an extended stay out near Beaufort .

I won’t bore you with the details but I managed to reacquaint myself with some Christian values and received some guidance from a fairly senior “ Rock Chucker”.

Will bless you with the details once computer and carriage service device privileges are restored fully.

Welcome back Biffen. How was your time inside?

A true devotee of the thread.

May the healthy tranquilities of a wonderful life envelope you.

Currently outside the emergency created in NSW but wary of the climate of fear that is taking precedence over any positive action to maintain personal tranquility. My recognised title is an indicator of where my preference lies.

Off to squash where my team has carried me to the final series. I must defeat yet another young challenger, rabid hawks supporter who needs to be reminded of the dignity of losing.

I was going to finish with the dignity of losing graciously but then realised if I was to lose thar phrase could never be considered.

However he did not prevail and I was able to savour the reward of victory magnanimously and yet humbled as my team lost. We now head to the elimination while his team is propelled straight to the Grand final.

I must increase intake of bananas as I contemplate eliminating another upstart on Thursday and repeating victory on Friday in the GF.

We all have our minor diversions from the harshness of following MFC.

If ever you had any doubt about life or if banana was a banana, the definitive book of our epoch has arrived. It comes pre coloured in so you can save your crayons. It answer questions that you didn't know needed answering, like. If an eggplant really grew eggs chickens would be out of a job! Or if a catfish was really made of cats, then it might get chased by a dog. RRP $19.99 Bargain!

Off to Singapore to test the Asian banana market and sound out any international recruits.

Will rely on DL to get me through draft night.

Keep well guys and keep the thread pumping with footy and social news, to inform the fighting masses on the other threads.

Was there early August Mr. Leg, I like Singapore especially the Chillie Crab. You could easily live in Singapore and not know the MFC exists.

Nothing out of the ordinary Moon.

I’m having trouble getting back into my old room at the Gat .

Place has had some ghastly Reno done which I will rectify once I have had the locks fixed .

"Truth in sentencing" is obviously a myth.

The scoundrel got off far too leniently.

Be certain to visit The Orchard Towers RL.

Should be able to satisfy your curiosity about the above and …….. any other needs.

Nothing good comes to the MFC from a draft.

Just sit back and enjoy the heat.

drafting (and trading) has just become far too complicated and drawn out to the extent it threatens to be a bigger game than the real game

if that makes sense?

Perfect sense to me dc. Agree 100%

I don't even try and work it out, just see what we have at the end of the week.

The dominant storyline coming out of Round One for Saturday Night’s clash at Optus Stadium centres on the influence of the big men. The spotlight naturally falls on two elite ruckmen who, five years ago, shared the stage in Melbourne’s memorable premiership triumph.
