It's a scandal in an of itself.

If anyone has the slightest doubt that the AFL says one thing and do another just read the article in todays Hun.

The woman who was threatened  claims the AFl tried to down graded what she said.

At one stsge they said to her this could end his career.

Then after four hours presented her with a statement to sign that contained changed elements from what she had said.

She would not agree to the statement.

Then add the RFC making statements about they are worried about Dustin.

Deliver us from these hypocrites.

Sadly unsurprising OD. They'd probably try to teach Warnie how to spin ...

It may be just Chinese whispers but...

They may be morally bankrupt but Gill and his henchmen are laughing all the way to the bank. His salary is prodigious. Unfortunately in this capitalist dog eat dog world capacity to earn has nothing to do with worth. I much prefer those simple souls who earn a lot less but are actually helping others.  I do not include writers who are self absorbed and neurotic with a tendency toward addiction.

So I'll throw out your books along with Hunter S,William Boroughs,Kerouac,Miller,Mailer and any other decent American writer from last century.

Don't worry about the meek-they'll inherit the earth later.

A true indicator of moral bankruptcy would be to determine the AFL's stance/policy on Banana's and to a lessor extent mango curry.

I think the lack of an afl  yellow ribbon, banana round answers your question on where the afl stands.

RL as I posted some time ago I am on the cusp of finalising a trade deal here in Havana that will ship bananas to OZ, as many as we need! This deal will be bigger than the Trans Pacific Partnership if it comes off. The paperwork is all but done but it still needs Fidel's final sign off but it is difficult to catch him when he is awake these days. Fingers crossed that there will be no banana shortage in my lifetime!

Hmmm Good point HT I have been negotiating in Cuban Pesos forgot about AUS $. At the moment I calculate that I can get them to market for about 71.40 Cuban Pesos/kg. The other point to make is that Cuban bananas bend the other way, to the left, rather than to the right as you are looking at them. Not sure if this will pose a marketing problem or not?

Wouldn't matter Earl which way they bent, left/right, flip it over and no one will ever know, and it wouldn't faze me in a smoothie.

And as squire BBO would indicate.... as long as they're ribbed for pleasurre.

Just making a banana sandwich for lunch and my banana is definitely bent to the left.
