I really think his best is well and truly gone.

Just my opinion.

Point taken there. But you get my drift with Bock. he's in prime central.

Let's just say he aged terribly for an AFL player.

Bock will probably prove me wrong on the GoldCoast.

That thing with bashing his missus must have taken a toll and it's probably good to get out of Adelaide.

I'm looking at him purely from a footy perspective. I'd actually forgotten all that off field carp until you then mentioned it. He still has much to offer. He's not over the hill by a long shot either. Bit of knee trouble this year which kept him out then the GC stuff.

On a positive note he fills a need and he's from the GC where selections are scarce. :P

HT - the word is that Bock's shot. Gold Coast wanted to back out of the deal but couldn't because the offer was on the table before his injuries surfaced. Good luck to him.

Could be wrong of course

Will check back later, if there is nothing I'll PM old55 with my selection(s) - will be away from access tomorrow.

Cotchin, good choice HT.

If I didnt reach for Martin, he was my last 'want' at the tiges.

Not a lot left there.

Roger dodger!

Was on here when HT chose Swallow but has done a runner!

God, I just wanna get through this

Good choice D Nutz, I was hoping he might get to pick 80 - wishful thinking I guess.

Hansen is a good get, I was very keen to have him and didn't think he'd go so soon.

Will have a very good 2011.

Looks like I'll have to get my Roos and Tigers early.

I think he will too. His glimpses in 2010 were very impressive.

Has all the attributes, just needs confidence and consistency.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
