I will start it off with the filth.

We all know why we call them the filth, they are a differant kind.

I know that if i am walking down the street you can just pick them like in a bar.

You might start talking to someone and i will think to myself that he or she is a filth supporter and then i will say do you follow the footy and 90% of the time they will say yes i follow collingwood.

What about other clubs?

Also if you are going to get hit over the head by an umblellor by a 80 year old women with blue hair it will be at a bulldogs game.

Also, if you're going to get hit in the head with a handbag by a 22 year old male, it'll be at a Saints game

Have you noticed at a saints game they go ape and ave a lot of 1980's gear on from ther'e MOORABBIN DAY'S , they need to work it out that they don't play at MOORABBIN anymore.

My Brother Follows St.kilda & i can say from first hand experience that the old "Animal enclosure" at Morabbin was a TOTALLY EVIL Place to be. I refused to wear my scarfe in there, it was unsafe for my Health & Quality of on going life.!!

They have that culture.

My dad used to take me there and they would go there to drink as many beers as they could and stack them up in a hill like a child at the beach making the biggest sand castle.

They still do it now but with plastic cups, have a look, they still think they are at moorabbin.

I don't know.. my experiences with St Kilda have usually been huge overweight foul mouthed racist bikie stereotypes.. most recent st kilda game i went to, Aaron Davey was being racially abused by a guy fitting the stereotype before the first bounce had even taken place!

I understand that the Animal Enclosure used to boo St Kilda players they did not like or thought were soft. I understand Russell Morris and Brad Gotch both spoke of being rabidly abused while playing for St Kilda! Yes an evil evil place!!!

Many years ago I played little league for Melbourne against the Saints at Waverley. I was at fullback and the St.Kilda cheer squad were getting into us, a group of 10-12 y/o's. It ws a truly bizarre experience watching a group of drunk middle aged idiots mouthing off at a couple of kids.

:o When i went to the round 1 game v moorabinites at the g in 2007 i got abused about 10 times before the first bounce and when matty got head band ball with a great h and shoulder in the 1st 5 moorabbinites wanted to kill me and my brother just because we had our colours on and this was in the afl members too.

What would have happend if we were at moorabbin.

What about standing in the outer at victoria park.

That was Bad out there. Last time i was there Melbourne won! Jacko Kicked 8.I think it was 91. The Pies Supporters were cool most of the day as they spent the day winning-They were waiting to bury us.It didn't happen. we came home over & the supporters got quite violent. I am only small & i am happy to say i hid behind a dumpster for about 10 minutes till it all calmed down. Top day though.

Same thing Happened at Windy Hill the year Brfore. We rolled Essendon in the last Q. Darren Bennett went off Kicked 4 Long Goals Ricky Jackson dobbed one from the pocket and i think Capt Greg Healy. The Essendon Supporters were just Hideous!!! All day. Line Ball between Vic Park & Windy Hill!!! I miss those grounds though. Telstra Dome SUCKS

Must have been in a time machine! That's my mum 20 years from now. I love the lady but she gets pretty emotional at Doggies games so when Melbourne plays Footscray Dad and I hide at the other end of the ground.

    MEANWHILE by Whispering Jack

… meanwhile, at about the same time that Narrm was putting its feet on the accelerator to obliterate the long-suffering Euro-Yroke combination, I heard someone mention in passing that Kuwarna was leading Waalitj Marawar by a whopping 46 to 1 halfway through the second quarter of their game over in Adelaide. “What is football coming to?” I asked myself.  In front of my eyes, the Demons were smashing it through the midfield, forcing turnovers and getting the footy to their forwards who w

HEAVEN OR HELL by The Oracle

Clashes between Melbourne and St Kilda are often described as battles between the forces of heaven and hell. However, based on recent performances, it’s hard to get excited about the forthcoming match between these two sides. It would be fair to say that, at the moment, both of these teams are in the doldrums. The Demons have become the competition’s slow starters while the Saints are not only slow to begin, they’re not doing much of a job finishing off their games either. About the only th

    THE BLOW by Whispering Jack

Narrm’s finals prospects took a crushing blow after the team’s insipid performance at Optus Stadium against a confident Waaljit Marawar in the first of its Doug Nicholls Round outings for 2024.  I use the description “crushing blow” advisedly because, although the season is not yet at it’s halfway mark, the Demons have now failed abysmally in two of their games against teams currently occupying bottom eight places on the ladder.  The manner in which these losing games were played out w

HALF FULL by KC from Casey

It was a case of the Casey Demons going into a game with a glass half full in their match up against the Brisbane Lions at Casey Fields on Saturday. As the list of injured and unavailable AFL and VFL listed players continues to grow and with Melbourne taking all three emergencies to Perth for the weekend on a “just in case” basis, its little brother was always destined to struggle. Casey was left with only eight AFL listed players from who to select their team but only two - an out-of-form
