In any good club, players are very mindful of the pressure to perform. Simply if they don't perform they have to play in the twos. Since we stopped recruiting and let some good players leave we don't have enough players in the twos for such pressure to exist. So we get sloppy efforts from players who knows they will get a game regardless. We need a rebuild I'm afraid. And the reality of that means a few great players of today won't see another flag.
