Changes vs GW$ Giants
Stretch needs someone to just tell him to play on more. His kick to Viney in the 3rd qtr showed his talent. Goal opportunity in the last 3 minutes showed exactly where he is at. Close but not quite. Should have kicked it. AFL standard means you kick goals in the run from 35 metres. Should have even baulked around the eagles defence.

Casey Demons v Port Melbourne - Round 7
Lever is going to be managed. Suggest a half is probably the go for the first week back.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARRISON PETTY
Petty was ok. Like to see him stay in. Gave a contest and showed reasonable agility. Looked more of a CHB type player. Should have protested more about the goal line decision.

Concerned about Jack
Poor. Very poor. Give Jack a run without injury. He is not 100% and will get better each week. It’s a cheap shot given our year so far. Tough and determined without question. Beats more tackles than gets caught.

My 3 word player analysis V West Coast
Agreed. Harsh on Jonesy who showed he still gets into the close midfield contests. He also kicks the footy. His opening goal was very good.

Not sticking up for Max
Vardy and Rioli. We should really cannoned them both. Fuc€>#£n dogs. In metro footy, vardy would’ve been pummelled.

Changes vs GW$ Giants
Yes some average players getting games. Wagner stays in just due to manpower ie so many injuries. In. 1-goal kicking accuracy It was the DIFFERENCE 2- passing the footy inside fwd 50 3- marking inside forward 50 Tmcd Petracca Smith all fumbled marking chances within 15-20 metres of goal outs. 1-Costly fumbles and Turnovers. We cost ourselves in the last quarter. Fritsch panic handball straight to Eagles player and Frostys goalline fumble were costly. 2- biased umpiring. The 23 Rd man in the west. 7-0 free kicks in the first 15 minutes of the last qtr. they missed Cripps throw and yet an umpire 45 metre away called Oliver’s a throw .... and petty touched the footy on the goal line.

OB will be back next week. Showed dash and whilst he didn’t shine, he will only get better at the contest. Needed to kick the goal just before half time.

Injury List - Season 2019
All should still be available. Eagles player took out Salem going for a mark. Anb was an accidental contact. Smith got body slammed and expect Eagles player to be either fined or a 1- match penalty.

Demonland Player of the Year - Round 9
6 Gawn - amazing. Rucked all night. Second efforts. Tackles. 5 Hore - great mark. Tackles. Disposal was very good. 4 Hunt- attacked the footy with energy. Got and setup goals 3 Salem - clean disposal. Composed 2 Frost Very good except for that last goal line fumble 1 Oliver. Got the footy and moved it constructively BUT a lot of his handballs were to other players to put them under pressure apologies to Harmes and Jones. They added a lot of inside ball winning.

3 years ago Oskars mum Trudie passes away from cancer. He promises her that he will get to an AFL list and play AFL one day. Tonight it happens and near his 22nd birthday. Lots of tears for family and friends when OB runs out. I hope he savours the moment. Well done Oskar.

And we hope he uses the pace tonight. Great story too.

Thanks Mono. Good to see some positive dialogue.

Casey Demons v Port Melbourne - Round 7
I was really hoping Weid would regain form and be back by now. Should be back next week. Disappointing year so far given Hogan’s departure meant he has a great opportunity to hold down a key forward role.

Injury List - Season 2019
Lewis failed the test.

Changes vs West Coast
Agreed. But we missed out as Petty somehow got the nod above Preuss. I thought we needed relief for big Maxy.

Injury List - Season 2019
Eagles at $1.28. Probably should be shorter.

Lack of Representation in "State of Origin"
Christian Salem would have to be considered. Having a very good year. Doesn’t get the credit outside the Demons faithful. And yes all this is “in theory”.

Injury List - Season 2019
Unsure why? Didn’t seem to get much contact

Goody Presser (14/5)
I still back in Goody. This year has been cruel but he keeps his focus.

Injury List - Season 2019
Round-14 v Dockers post bye hope to get players back (May, Lever, kk, Hannan, Hibberd, Melksham) and others back in form (Trac, Weid, Tmcd) perhaps then only Jsmith Vdberg Jetta out of best 22 Assume no one else goes down in the month. I know it’s very optomistic Hibberd* May*. Lever* Salem. Frost. Fritsch Brayshaw. Viney. Hunt Melksham* Weideman. Petracca. Garlett. Tmcd. *Hannan Gawn. Harmes Oliver n jones Preuss Lockhart Hore emerg. *Kk Anb Stretch Lewis jkh

Injury List - Season 2019
It was ridiculous at the time. He hobbled back on. Melksham is tough but it was not the right call imo. He’s going to be missed.
-
Injury List - Season 2019
Agree. I had 9 out of best 22 with Weideman still in my best 22 based on what he can produce and the role as a CHF:FF

Salem Re-Signs Until 2021
Great to see his year so far. Salem is tough and skilled. If only we had another 2 more Salem’s going through the midfield and half fwd line
