Great footy documentary on the ABC tonight. Really close coverage of the Pies 2018 year and Buckley’s change from a dictator type coach who controlled the players TO an engaging human approach with a leadership core. It was great insight to how a footy club truly should work. No sense of entitlement. Hard work. Together. Mateship. Through adversity. Better together. I now hate them just a little less.
