Billy Stretch
Have to agree. He is a great young bloke to talk to and seems very popular around the club. Goodwin has not advanced him since Roos left. But he hasn’t somehow been told to run run run and take the game on. He stops and waits. Hope he finds a place. Too good to simply delist. Trade to Suns for pick 50ish (start of round 4) is probably fair.

Be patient DD.

As a 16 year old. Settle small DD36. He is not a 30 possession midfield type. Kid is the opportunity type forward and type we lack. Watch him in around August next year before you get negative.

Wait until KOBI GEORGE in 2020 draft. Saw him at the Stingrays in round 16 and he looked like a good mover. Still skinny but had the Micky-O style

List changes who do we cut, trade or go after.
New draftees won’t help. I disagree. If we hold pick 2 - Rowell or Anderson are ready to go in 2020. Straight into our best 22. If Gcs get priority and we hold pick 3 - Lachlan Ash is ready to go on a wing or half back. I agree in getting Langdon and some free agents, but don’t discount draftee making an impact.

Farewell Sam Frost
Omcd. Gets beaten man on man. Slow. Poor decision maker. Most reliable kick ? I’m must have been watching another player. Though he is good at 15 metre mini chips that only add to slow down play.

Outs. Lewis TSmith Maynard (retired). Garlett Keilty delisted. Walker cat B retired Unknowns Frost out of contract. Not looking good. Hope he stays. JKH - definitely trade opportunity or delist; perhaps Freo could deal in as part of Langdon trade Stretch - definitely trade opportunity or delist ; Crows would be best option imo likely to be 5-6 spots available trade/free agency 2-3 brought in National draft - 3 youngsters brought in not sure we took the chance to reload

Casey should be strong in 2020

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
Agree. Langdon has pace. Tomlinson has no pace. Was staggered by the comment.

Farewell Sam Frost
Sam Frost was #1 rookie pick. Overlooked at draft because he was injured during the draft year. Its a joke that we need more pace but would give up probably our fastest player. He shutdown Key forwards all year. Did you see round 23? Destroyed Ben Brown.

NAB LEAGUE FINALS
Trent Bianco looked good again. Great skills. Good be a steal in the draft at around 25-30.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Had good work rate and battles on. Solid versatile type. But missed the shot and had a few turnovers. Best position?? Mobile ruck???? Backup ruck??? CHB ?? Wing - no way !!!!!! Better than Frosty. Not on watching him in the last 2 weeks.

Finals Week 3
Richmond’s injury ravaged year??? They were in 8th battling at 7-6 with about 4-5 key players out. Higgins and Rance were out for the year. Sure two important players but able to cover especially Higgins as a small forward. But otherwise they had a healthy list. Once Riewoldt Cotchin and Houli were back, it was like 2017. Winning the last 9 games and now two finals My point. Ffs keep a healthy list and it’s possibly the most important rule for success. Not guaranteed but a big help. Perhaps that’s why I am strangely really appreciating the filfthy Pies run. They have been hit hard by injury but have marched on. Beams Cox Langdon Greenwood De Goey are all best 18 types but are missing. Can they still win it?

Agreed. It’s crucial. We have had a fair pluses but many minuses over the years.

Minor rant
I was expecting a rant. Basic commentary compared with the trade site

Yes
- Bring back Jesse Hogan!!

Caleb Serong (Drafted by Fremantle)
Yes Green is Top 5. I was only talking about the available players. Green is GWS bound. Cooper Stephens is the one who could be the James Worpel in this years draft.

I agree we have to keep on thinking about forward targets. McDonald and Weid aren’t enough. We will need another tall. Riccardi would suit as a 50ish draft pick. Young Emerson Jeka (great name) from Western Jets is one to watch. Saw him play v Casey Demons this year and whilst he only got it a few times, he presented as a strong agile key forward.

NAB LEAGUE FINALS
Chargers will be hard to beat. Two absolute guns and Bianco is a top 25 chance. Also Macrae and Ugle-Hagen as youngsters that are highly rated in 2020 draft class.
