  1. Grundy. Take a contested mark !!! Sometime ever. He’s hopeless in a marking contest
  2. Soft. I’ll name them. BBB. GRUNDY. SPARGO.
  3. Goodwin - ffs wanganeen-milera!!! Tell them to man up !!!
  4. Fox commentators- stop barracking for the Saints !!!’
  5. Half time clearances stk 18- Dees 18🤔 hitouts 9-24 ✅ inside 50s 28-20 🥶 tackles in fwd 50 11-4 🤮 Kozzzzy not interested or trying 🤮 Brayshaw 🤮🤮turnovers slow play leads to turnovers 🤮 Quick run and corridor ✅✅goals Best - May Viney Rivers Petty Bowey 👋👋
  6. Is kozzzzy trying ??????????
  7. Brayshaw - 6 turnovers !!!
  8. Goodwin you clown who’s on Wanganeen-Milera !!!’ Make kozzzy do Something!!!!
  9. Brownlow betting. N.Daicos absolutely the favourite now - that’s about 24 votes already !!!
  10. Hmmmm. Fast attacking footy with overlap running. Not secret sauce.
  11. Looking for JVR name in the team. Wtf. Spargo !! Melksham!!! Goodys favouritism for players is ridiculous. Dunstan even would’ve reflected form and performance more than Spargo. I know he gets 1.6 goal assists and 0.25 goals per game but that’s hardly threatening to the opposition.
  12. James Munro 150 games. 👋👋👋👋
  13. Beg, borrow, steal. Do whatever we need to do to get a high enough pick to get Ryley Sanders. Best young mid in this years draft imv. Recent comparisons to JHF but I think he’s quicker and better !!!
  14. You want answers. You want the truth. here’s some solutions to start 1- forwards must lead and farrkkkn DEMAND the footy not hang back and wait for the up and under bomb 2- use your preferred/correct foot too many times, players have time and space and yet choose to use their “non preferred” foot to kick - and often it’s a turnover or error. Names ? yes you kozzzzy, yes you ANB, yes you Harmesy. Steady and hit the target. 3- lower your eyes with entries inside 50. Don’t bomb it long all the time. Sure under pressure you do have to but we are not always under pressure and sometimes actually kick to space to make forwards run to the footy !!! Not just to stationary players waving their arms like drowning swimmers 4- Forwards, get in front. It’s an old saying but it works. Haynes from the giants owned the intercepts as kicks fell short and our forwards were constantly behind 5- Kozzzy stop going for the spectacular mark. The last 17 haven’t worked so don’t compete in the big pack marks. Front and centre or get out the back. Not to the side. Watch the crumbers like Greene, Cameron and Papley. I was only a humble suburban footballer and not an expert like Lyon, Brown or Brereton. But through the ages, footy can be a simple game with simple strategies.
  15. I love it. Brave. Progressive. Howes and Woey deserve the chance. Marvel suits their run and athletic ability. Though not sure on Melksham - that’s a risk given he’s only his last legs right now. But I doubt that love children like Smith or ANB actually get omitted. Spargo despite no form also likely to be a Goody loves me inclusion.
  16. Ouch. Fritsch is done if it’s needing a plate. He’s the only bloke who can kick straight!!
  17. It’s actually 29-61 and 24 no score that 29/114 = 25.4% … that’s abysmal lucky to get home for wins v blues and pies given we Dominated both games Last 4 weeks 8–13 v blues … blues were horrible , Dees were less horrible (v6-8) 8-18 v pies … Dees dominated and should have won by 6+ goals yet won by 4 points (v9-8) 8-15 v cats … Dees fell away to cats pressure (v11–12) 5-15 v Giants … Dees had 73 inside 50s and lost by 2 points (v7-5)
  18. Ryley Sanders has rocketed up to my number 1 target. He was BOG yesterday imv. His pace. His class. His balance. Excellent young mid. Only issue is he’s a Tassie boy. We’d have to back ourselves to keep him when Tassie team comes in.
  19. My simple rules 1- keep his head down over the ball (he’s lifting it too much too early ) 2- he drops it too high and too much room between drop and connection. It’s an over accentuated style. He must keep his right hand on the footy for longer 3- Fear of what? Missing a goal. Ffs. Mental demons. We all face adversity in life. Practice practice practice.
  20. Surely we have to ask about Gawn and the Gawn-Grundy combo. Gawn has gone backwards and whilst he was injured for 5 weeks, he’s been back for 8 weeks. Hope Gawn asserts himself as No.1 Ruck and looks to dominate again.
  21. I think Petracca is on 17 Brownlow votes now. None in the last 2 weeks.

  23. +70 possessions. +42 contested possessions. +27 inside 50’s. + 8 scoring shots. +15 free kicks. +19 clearances lost by two points Goodwin. Time to fix it. You’re the coach. Our forward structure is horrible. Entries into forward 50 are haphazard. “We’ve been working on it”. Wow. It doesn’t show. It’s got worse in fact.
  24. Unfortunately Trac’s goalkicking woes in 2023. 12-19 so far and 9 out of bounds on the full. 12 goals from 40 shots. He looks devoid of confidence and more likely to kick goals from quick snaps than prepares set shots. He missed 3 gettable goals v gws giants (amongst our 5/15 debacle and a bad 2 point loss). His return of 0.4 led commentators to call out his woes. I’m fact inside forward 50 he seemingly now looks to handball off to teammates. Trac is a legend. One of our greatest. But he is a very very good footballer. Not elite. Elite comes with the responsibility to kick telling goals. To grabbing games and winning them. He did it in 21 GF. He can do it. I hope he works to ensure his goalkicking is an asset and not a liability.
