Players who must be dropped...Fitzpatrick and Byrnes. Dunn must play as a defender. Michie, M Jones and Bail all deserve another go. N Jones and other on-ballers need to work on clearances, and defensive structures at stoppages. N Jones made a lot of mistakes early in the game giving sloppy free kicks or just skill errors he was not alone but I really noticed his lack of disciple early, and it cost us. Cross was excellent, I loved his game, hats off to his efforts. Really showed he wants to play and still can. We need Viney for clearances. I hate bagging out players...but...I can't stand Shannon Byrnes. Although he kicked multiple goals, I hated his game. Jack Fitzpatrick, Jake Spencer and Cameron Pederson our 3 big men are not of the standard that we need to win.4 players who really let us down Watts, Howe, Trengove, Grimes. Is this agreed, we can not play with Fitzpatrick, Spencer, Byrnes and Pederson?? And guess what the result of all this is...instead of booking tickets to Melbourne to watch the Dees, we have decided to travel elsewhere. Horrible start to the year, tragic. Sad. I'm over it.

What do you think about him now BBO, So far this year I have nothing good to say about Fitzpatrick, many thought the would be the big bustling forward, but we need to realise he will never be this player we want and need.. Agreed?

Basically we are stuffed without our 3 talks, Fitzpatrick is a kid trying to match it with the big boys and can someone tell me how Pedo missed that goal at Etihad last week in the last term, terrible stuff!!

Everyone just needs to leave him alone any negatives that are holding him back need to be removed from his life. Anything regarding his personal life, his family or his contract should be off limits and certain people should mind their own business, any childish or inconsiderate comments should not be made, the old saying 'don't kick a dog when he is down' should be remembered. Just give him some time to be alone with his family away from the media. Has anyone actually thought he might want to be away from the club for the benefit of the other players. If he is in a bad place mentally he wouldn't want to bring the positive feel around the club down. I suspect he wants to get himself right and come back to the club when he is in a positive space so he can help the club improve. I think we should get used to the fact that this takes time, negatives or nosy cants like journo's should fuuk right off out of his business for a while.

If it is a mental issue, can you please remember how many supporters you have. We don't pity you, we respect you, because of what you have given to our club. You had given us hope, for some, the Melbourne football club makes up a big part of our lives. A lot of us have mental issues due to so many different reasons. If you could find the strength to get over your personal issues and remember how important you are to the supporters. You are the sort of person and player that we would all be happy yo hive you time to get over your physical problems it has only been 1 and a half years since you were dominating out there. We will stick by you. Get better, for yourself and for all the Dee supporters.

Many Demon supporters didn't care who rated Toumpas and didn't care where he was rated by national recruiters etc because they don't always get it right. There were equally as many positives and reasons why we should have drafted Wines and many on here could see that. But it is not that simple and we will trust our recruiters because it is too late now.
