It will be interesting to see the rules of future pick trades. Can you simply trade for picks? Eg. Hawks think they are travelling very well, they trade their first and second round pick this year to Port for their first two picks next year. That would give Port a good influx of talent now when they need it and then Hawks would have 4 early picks next year. I know that next years talent is suppose to be better. I'm just using this as a potential scenario.

I didnt think Lumumba was too bad. Got a fist in at vital times and completely negated McStay. They threw McStay back late in the game to try and mix it up.

Yeah, I agree. From the outside looking in, it looks like he is ready to take the offer and go. The real question is - will the offer still be there this year? GWS has re-signed just about all of their good talent. Treloar and Coniglio are the only 2 potential stars who have not put pen to paper yet. If even one of them re-sign, there may not be enough room in the salary cap for Howe.
