AVB cannot seem to take a trick, but with so many games in such a short time , he would have missed a couple anyway. As will a third of the side. But he was just running into a bit of form, after last few games , if you are open minded and not a hater you might see that. And we play so much better with his hard at it attitude. I hope someone can step up, not sure it will change Brisbane’s plans for the game. But I am not as confident now. Two goals less. Will be a draw...

Back then I thought Grimes and Trengove were the future to look to. But my young head Brian, a blue boy but not a member, (never could get him to buy a membership...other priorities) suggested they were both too young and inexperienced. Other players better for the job. An older ex player suggested neither was getting enough of the ball to inspire, themselves or the club generally. Hind sight is a wonderful thing, I need more of it, but yes its proven to be a "Disastrous decision by the club." Ruined two young players that may have been in the 22 , for 3 times as long as they played, The club should quietly give them any support they may need, in the end they were sacrificed for the sake of short term gain. I did not think so at the time, but wiser head even though very much younger and a Blues supporter said it was a poor decision. Now I am sure we did stuff it up for both of those players.

Showing emotion in the box clearly does not help the players. But it does help his connection with the bulk of the watching public. If the coach Does not Care ! why should anyone else. Get rid of him and get someone who is obviously invested in the club, players and supporters. About time he showed something, it wasn't much cos I missed it ! Had enough of miserly excuses

A very nice win yesterday, No Changes, keep it settled, All played their role, some previously seen as out of form, getting back to better games. Damm nice to win well over the Hawks...

Morning, for a deelightful change, Its easier to pick the poor players from our side this week rather than the best, Even so I thought some of the maligned players recently had good games, Jack V and C Oliver were great, Max and Tracca as well and AVB just got better as the game progressed, followed on from improvement the previous week. Fritz, Salem, May , Lever , Harmes, Kossy and Harley, just about the whole side played a part, In these depressing times feel much better about meeting the Poos and Wees next week, Go Dees

In the future Kossy and Harley are going to have opposition back men pizzing in their pants trying to control this pair. might even be later this year, bit they need to be played together.. Great Stuff. Hibberd, AVB and Viney great stuff in the 2nd half Great to see Go Dees
