I would hope that Brad Gwen and Steven Smith are putting together a very small committee to look at potential coaching and football staffing appointments. Things are not right. But it is what it is ! if we have no improvement in the next 8-10 games. Pull the trigger urgently. Not for this year but next. Need to have the next coach and JT and his team all using the same songbook. Waiting until the last few games waste most of next year. It is a given it’s very hard to win at Tax payers Park. They get all their frees going the opposition get 70%. That’s a given We were close at the last break but had played inconsistent football. But that last quarter Same as the previous games. Not fit enough not quick enough, we cannot kick to a player or position. And very few tackles stick, just not strong enough. We play from behind too much. And we look too scared to take the game on or play on at once, in case they make a mistake. Some of our players need help during the game and some not up the level required. What a pity, Did anyone smile last night and enjoy that game. I didn’t and I doubt the players did either

Only excuse is we have a family member staying for the week and we have not had access for couple of years. But it’s on the TV, 2 hour drive there 2 hours back to watch a hit house loss. I can be dumb, was watching Saturday and this number 19 kept popping into the play and it took until his goal before I realised who the hell it was. Different profile, a seniors moment. Hope he has another great game this weekend.

I was not sure how many got around him. From my end it only looked liked maybe 6. But then I looked away, no one from my end went down. Pleased to be in error. I did think that “most”of the players were trying in the last. Some are just out of form badly and should go to Casey. But the suns had their confidence sky high and we were done. Probably before half time , 18 points for so long, depressing!

I watched it at the Gee yesterday, what I saw were players willing to try, but too scared to make a mistake (thats what it seemed to me) like last week Rivers and Tmac played on but got caught because no one was giving advice or running with them, I just think something smells fishy, Some players more interested in their profile in later life rather than now. As an instance Langford scored his first goal I think, How many of the team got around him, it should have been the whole blondy lot. Bit what I saw was only a few, If someone wants to dispute this fine I might be in error. The major difference with the Demons of today and when we stole our flag is they do not seem to enjoy them selves out there. I must come from a long line of convicts because I see no problem in pinching a flag. Tomarto or Tomato we won winners are grinners.
