How friggin' good has this guy been for our club! Especially liked the discussion about the negativity of the past no longer being an issue and it's not brought up at all anymore. Great to watch some of the footage of the players in the huddle at games, seeing Oliver, Brayshaw, Gawn, Viney etc so intense and driven to improve. Success is not an optional outcome for these young guys, they want it now. Roosy's legacy will go to another level by the time he leaves us.

The Hawks and Norf have been on the receiving end of very favourable umpiring decisions at critical game times this year. Tight games are stressful enough without some whistle happy fool trying to decide the winner. Two in a row for the Hawks and at least today's game for Norf. Anyone remember Goldy marking the ball on the behind line against us, playing on, taking the ball across the goal line before re-entering to kick the 'goal'? They still couldn't get it right despite a score review.
