That was yuck. Awful disposal. Yuck.

PJ's exit is an interesting one. You would think that they'd try to not have both Roos and PJ step down at the same time. If he stays on for 2015 then I'd like to think he'd stay on past Roos' tenure as Head Coach.

Tapscott could be on that list if he doesn't show something by the end of the year. I know he has been injured but this is his fifth year and we are still wondering if he is an AFL footballer. I'd love it if he could come in as a defender and nudge out Terlich.

He's the new Sylvia. Could be anything. Won't be much.

Junk. Should have expected it. My scarf is on the train tracks. I hate this club.

I've just confirmed a bet with a filth supporting mate that if the Dees win he'll wear a Dees jumper to the Queens birthday match (I attend with 3 filth supporting mates each year). If the Saints win however, it's the other way around. We have to win this!

NAB Challenge 2 - Melbourne v Geelong

This is yuck footy from us. Consoling myself that they are close to full strength and we are not. -
His disposal was awful at times. His best position is CHB...in the VFL.

The Oumpa Toumpas are in!

The Doggies have a red clash along with their white clash. Surely that has opened the door for a red clash strip for us? (Along with the white one)

I agree Re: Fort and Sully. We need another key defender on the list who can develop at Casey for the next couple of seasons. Does anyone know what their disposal is like? All of the reviews I can find only mention they're good at one on one situations.
-
Personally I actually don't mind the clash jumper. If they allowed us to wear blue shorts with it then it would look much better. However, if they did permit us to use red as the primary colour, then I think something like this would look decent. I really like the MFC crest. Should be utilised more often.

Highly rated when GWS were formed and hadn't played a game. Not sure what happened since then. There has to be one amongst us with knowledge on where he is at and why he hasn't played?

If Vince has one of his better years and Jones stays in form then we will already be ahead of 2013. Tyson, Viney, Toumpas, Michie and Trengove. If these guys step up this year, we'll win games. I have high hopes that Trengove will come good under Roos. He was fantastic in his first two seasons under Bailey. What stands out, as it has for many years, is the lack of a genuine midfield star. I can't help but get excited about Tyson....

Exactly why we don't trade Fitzy. You're rarely going to have your best 22 on the park at anytime. Clarke, Hogan and Fitzy would still be daunting for any backline.
-
The trades we've made will definitely help us, but if we are to rise up the ladder then we need improvement from our existing list. Trengove, Watts, Viney, Toumpas, Blease, Gawn and Tappy. If these players take a step forward next year it will go a long way to ending the mediocrity we've been watching for the past few years.

1.Fremantle 2.Hawthorn 3.Sydney 4.North Melbourne 5.Geelong 6.Richmond 7.Collingwood 8.Carlton 9.Port Adelaide 10.Gold Coast 11.Adelaide 12.West Coast 13.Melbourne 14.Western Bulldogs 15.Brisbane 16.G.W.S. 17.St.Kilda 18.Essendon* (assuming they lose players to suspension, Otherwise they'll be in the mix for the 8) Hope we can win some close ones and push higher but realistically this is where I think we'll be.

Uh, I know we're bad, but you might find we have won 25 of the last 100 games, not 3. We also had 2 draws.

If he can somehow get the speed back into the kid, that describes Trengove. I really hope a full pre-season under Roos can get Jack back on track. He was my favorite player in 2011.

Would love Scooter Selwood, but this talk of pick 2 is madness. He's a handy player but is unlikely to become a top 20 mid. A pick 2 mid should. Pick 2 and 20 for Selwood and 6 is the only way I'd entertain giving them pick 2. Better players available!

Grimes. FMD. His kicking is getting worse every year. I'd say give the Captaincy to Jones and let Trengove and Grimes focus on getting their careers back on track however recent history suggests that this would merely destroy Jones's game.

What's his pace like? The youtube clip I saw didn't really give an example of him at full flight. For those who have a bit of info on this years kids, if Jack Martin and Hogan were in this draft, would they have gone top 3 with Boyd?
