Without wanting to harp on it the IPB app is nothing like it was. Don't know if this is anything that you can control but under the old system Demonland was very easy to read and post on from iPhone. Not now which is a shame. Great work Andy, I reckon the site looks better than ever (pity that Jordie didn't get a go on the banner but I can live with that, storm in a tea cup really....)

I'm surprised you've read this forum for so long and haven't picked up on the fact that role players are fine, it's the elite players that set you apart and that is where we are sorely lacking, particularly in the midfield. If you doubt this just look at the decline of teams when their elite players are not replaced, injured or suffer poor form. Brisbane, PA, WB last year (Johnson, Lake, Cooney etc), Adelaide (Edwards, Goodwin, McLeod, Burton) and Saints this year (Hayes, Reiwoldt, Gilbert, Goddard). Look at WC with Cox, Kerr and Glass all playing well. Last to top 4. It's why the loss of Scully is so important and why replacing him with elite potential so critical.

For those that listened carefully to the Presser today re Scully either Schwab or McLardy said "we've signed all our other players". For those that like to read things into things and particularly that there is something rotten at the club the fact that Scully had to be offered so much to leave and everyone else is signed rather puts those theories to bed I would have thought.
