I understand the premise of the podcast and I love it by the way listen religiously. But when Brad defended Bails a couple of times in the interview saying he shouldn’t of been sacked I think he even called it a travesty I’d of liked a little more depth about 186 seeing as though it was so pivotal I’d just like to better understand 2 things from Brad’s perspective. How and why. It might not be the objective of the podcast I get it. But it’s what I would have asked.

Garbage sides do lose to freo at home and Norf twice Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

Anyone who thinks that not playing finals this year is a success is deluded. With what position we were in 5 weeks ago our down turn has been stark we have ran into a wall and so far the players and coaches have shown no ability to change the trajectory. We won't go anywhere next year if we can't show the mental application of re-establishing form in season when we're up against it. The next 3 games are a must they need to be convincing and now we rely on other results going our way which should never of happened for finals. I don't know about others but I have had enough of a below average or average season.

What's sad is it's come to this we had our destiny in our own hands. There was no excuse losing to Norf and a team full of desperation hoping to make its way into finals for the first time in 10 years doesn't allow an 8 goal run against a depleted giants. Based on form and the downward trajectory were on I don't give us much of a chance against saints. When we don't have anything left to play for w will show up against Lions and Pies.

I'm done with this year were cooked if Norf didn't crush me this put the nail in the coffin. Im just speachless anything I could say wouldn't come close to how upsetting this team has been.

Like many others I'm happy for them to alternate or share the gate. Conditions resulted in so many fumbles below our knees last night. Under the Adelaide pressure we continually 2nd and 3rd grabbed at the ball. We also over handballed due to the pressure. But our handballing created no space or movement at the contest. Forward of the ball our structure fell down too many players getting sucked up to the contest while Adelaide staying back and defending 30-50 with ease. We struggle against contested marking teams and on the flip side our contested marking has been poor. We can't find a player to win a one on one on the wings or take a pack mark. Time and time again Adelaide was able to relieve pressure with a contested mark. Entry inside 50 took me back to the Moloney days of bombing and hoping no connection between midfield and forwards

Plenty of draft and development debacles also explained the situation we found ourselves in. 186 was untenable for Bailey and most of the playing list. Bailey was a good bloke no doubt tactically very good the way we ripped up Sydney was scintillating. However whatever took place on the day he should have been in control and stoped the bleeding. Now I never seen the game I refused to watch it but I can gurantee at 15 goals down he didn't bother sticking 3 or 4 extra guys behind the ball and watched another 15 sail through.
