There's no doubt the defence will point to the fact that Collins pulled Viney down by the jumper and held him down. Viney's arm placement was neither deliberate or intentional. When Collins tried to get up he rolled over and dragged Viney's jumper with him. I do love the fact Viney got up and flipped Collins over with one arm. Case dismissed
