This is so underestimated No disrespect to the previous coaches and assistants but when you look at the previous teams we don't appear to have had many people that have been heavily involved in a contemporary ultimate success. That's why getting Roos was so important to us. Its when we started our journey of belief Even Goodwin's success was 1997 and 1998 as a player. A long time ago And he has admitted he needed a lot of help to deal with the personal stress as a coach Its been a great effort by the club to get people together like Yze and Choco to support Goodwin and that know how to win and work together to bring about this magnificant success.
