  1. Having never been a fan of Newted I doubt switching to our backline will help. However I rate our FD to make good decisions so let's hope they know something we don't. Newton back, Garland Forward. Still can't see it.
  2. All Hail the new King
  3. Somewhere inside Newton the coaches see a solid AFL player. I don't but I have no other explanation for him being on the list.
  4. Hughes, Healey, Meesen gone. I reckon they'll keep Newton. Maybe he can cut the oranges. I hope PJ is gone but I doubt it. McNamara to be rookied.
  5. The fact that he basically marked after the siren just makes it all the more beautiful. Hats off Jordie, we'll miss you. Personally i think our drafting and trading forum should honour the man until Sir Tom retires.
  6. Our priority is to pick the best available talent at pick 12.
  7. Commonly referred to as a Lose Lose
  8. I was going to post something similar but in the end I think he's just to stupid to realise what he's doing. Hard to believe he barracks for the same club.
  9. For us to win 4 flags in needs to be Watts
  10. MFC Round 14 2011 Currently 9 wins 5 looses, 4th on the ladder Most improved so far: Blease, Morton, Jetta Goalkickers: Green 48 Jurrah 40 Petterd 29 Wonaeamirri 26 Brownlow Votes: Grimes 14 Sylvia 13 Davey 12 Blease 10 Jurrah 9 AA: Jurrah Grimes Frawley Sylvia Garland Jetta Rivers Bruce Grimes Frawley Garland Morton Trengove Blease Sylvia Watts Petterd Jurrah Green Wonaeamirri Jamar Davey Scully Spencer/Martin Moloney Bail Bennell Jones Gysberts MacDonald Strauss
  11. To win flags we'll need another big forward/ruck.
  12. Potential to be elite: Grimes Watts Scully Jurrah Sylvia Davey Trengove Blease Morton
  13. I don't, but the rest of your post is spot on
  14. Why would you select a NQR big man over a clearly superior other prospect. I'll tell you why, you're a dill. We don't need to do the recruiting for Casey.
  15. Humanity may be better off if he lost his. On recruiting. I'm firmly in the best available camp at all times. We can always trade a gun midfielder surplus to our needs but a dud bigman is always a dud bigman.
  16. Superb
  17. I could, he's a dud of the highest order.
  18. Fairly testing 2 weeks though
  19. You're the administrator, just delete him
  20. I'm already factoring him and probably one other going to either GC or GWS. I mean would you want to play with the friends you've made over the last couple of years, at the MCG, with a side that is quite possibly the next dominant force in AFL. Personally I'd be heading off to one of two Shitsville's to play in front of 15,000 rugby fans. Get a f***ing grip or go post on big footy
  21. If Hale is happy at either club then it's highest bidder wins. Personally I think our FD are very keen on not just what hale can do as an individual but what he brings to our team structure. They haven't targeted him because he might be ok, they are clearly very keen to get him. They will offer more and I'd be very surprised if they didn't get him. The fact that our FD want him is good enough for me having not seen all that much of him play
  22. Hale will be a Demon If they really want Hale then I doubt very much that the club hasn't another offer up their sleeves.
  23. We have 2 holes on our list. A supporting ruckmen to Jamar and a big bodied forward. Which of these do you think Hale covers?
  24. So let me get this straight sport is not about winning but it is since the 70's? By the way when I said sport I was talking professional sport, focusing on AFL. By the other way, you sir are an idiot.
