It hurts. Some huge lessons required. You don't give up a six goal lead. Smith not killing the pill. Midfield stopped half way through. Terrible miss by JKH in last. Simple snap from 25. Oscar was pathetic for much of the night.

Plenty of good signs. Jesse, clarry, TMac, Jeffy looking dangerous. Don't like the fumbles from ANB, Fritta and missing simple shots. Just an aside James Brayshaw's commentary is excellent!

I will half believe!

I'd play him! Hannan was poor for much of last week and JKH plays like a frightened rabbit. Bugg is capable of being a link in the chain like he was against North kicking four goals. He can run and mark overhead. His problem is he turns it over by foot and isn't a particularly strong tackler.

Think Hannan will be in trouble. Was very poor for much of yesterday. Wonder if Bugg will ever reappear?

Majority of posters gave Salem votes for good reason. You rated him lower than Frost, Hibberd, Lewis, who many considered putrid.

Picked up some cheapies in the last. Looks a long way away, unfortunately.

Good second half. The cream rose to the top. First half some of our battlers were really exposed. Hannan, JKH, Frost, etc. Hibberd not half the player he was last year. Lewis kept falling over. Lost too many one-on-ones. Atrocious kicking at times. I'm still not sure about this side!

The opposition was pretty ordinary to be fair.

Smith has to go. So far away from it. Goodwin will stick with ANB, but perhaps shouldn't.

The falling over and the slowness are a worry. Our oldest Vince and Lewis were exposed. Our youngest in Spargo was also exposed.

Exposed in so many ways.

As many have mentioned, it doesn't have to be a like for like replacement. The worries are the five options (Wagner, Frost, Smith, Keilty and Hunt) lack the composure to play the Lever role. The disposal of Frost, Hunt and Wagner is inconsistent as well. Hibberd isn't good enough in the air to step into the role. If he was we could bring Hunt back. I have a feeling they will go back to Wagner.

You're probably right Skuit but...! Maybe I just take Clarry for granted.

Brayshaw's disposal was shocking unfortunately.

Should be nine goals up. No excuse for ANB, Gawn, etc to miss goals like that under the roof. Jetta, Salem, Fritsch, Lewis have been great.

Impressive quarter but couple of missed shots by Hannan and TMac have kept Dogs in it.

Whatever you call it, it is a great story. Let's hope it ends like a fairytale.

Beveridge is a smart coach. He will have something up his sleeve that will attempt to slow us down. Viney will be given the job on McCrae. It'll be a scrap but a 28-point win.
