  1. Any chance Dunn can play in the forward line and utilise the one skill he has - kicking goals. So over his shenanigans down back.
  2. He's playing this weekend. Sauce - the age
  3. If we get a priority pick wouldn't it be at the end of the first round? I'd find it hard to believe the afl would give us picks and 1 and 2 (or 2 and 3)
  4. It was a poorly deceiving headline. The article posed more questions than answers.
  5. Dawes has to be captain. Just has to be! Just reeks of captaincy.
  6. Who honestly gives a rats clacker if we wear a clash white jumper 5 or 6 times a year? The AFL forces clubs to wear a clash jumper. What's the alternative? We have so many more problems than worrying about a jumper, that quite frankly looks half decent.
  7. Yeah wearing white jumpers is the cause for all our problems ....
  8. We can choose anyone we want as we're going to get the spoon sadly. I'd go the best midfielder available. We need midfielders over forwards right now.
  9. Not sure why people are even thinking about Frawley for the saints. Surely a hammy requires 3 weeks out and hes Only missed 1 week. Maybe a chance for Bulldogs? Couch or Magner must come in. Ludicrous to think that these boys both got 40 touches in the vfl but would be overlooked. Surely both would at least break even with Tappscott's invisible performances.
  10. Thought he was ok yesterday, best game for the club. I can see a bit of talent in Pederson. The 1 or 2 squibs don't really bother me as much as others.
  11. Thoughts? (Thought I'd try and cheer a few of us up tonight with a poor joke)
  12. What about Liam Jurrah as a president candidate? Someone suggested this in another thread.
  13. Was just about to give N Jones a cook until I realised he got 30 touches
  14. I'm confused. Goddard played 10 seasons with St Kilda and yet Saints had the opportunity to match Essendon's offer.
  15. It should be noted because the coach could actually win enough games in a 12 month period to equal roughly an 11-12-1 record which is good enough to finish about 10th. Therefore Bailey > Neeld
  16. A small win. Elliott is a dangerous forward and an excellent mark for his size.
  17. I see a bit of Norm Smith, Kevin Sheedy, Tom Hafey and Leigh Matthews in Dean Bailey after comparing him to the current coach. It should be noted that Bailey won 11 games between round 15 2010 and round 17 2011.
  18. At this stage, it looks like round 19 at Skoda will determine who gets pick 1 and pick 2. Can anyone see us beating anyone else.
  19. Two things that have me stumped: 1) How Magner does not get a game. 2) How Bail gets a game.
  20. Robbo suggested/hinted this on AFL 360. What would prompt the herald sun chief footy writer to ponder this? Hmm Don't love it but certainly don't hate the idea either. Your thoughts?
