My Jacko-coloured glasses off for a moment; Would love to see some stats on Jackson’s tenure at Freo - with and without Darcy. I feel people still talk about him in terms of ‘potential’ or they focus on small periods of a game when he looks great. For the money he wants I worry he doesn’t impact games for long enough and may never.

Literally no one puts a caveat on ‘just kick the thing’. And there are plenty that still say it.

I appreciate the examples shown appear damning but much of the yelling ironically is coming from the same people who yell ‘just kick the thing’. Glass half empty in me says the fact we’re still using it like this after years of being publically criticised for it suggests we have no hope in changing our ways. Glass half full in me says once we get back some of our better users (McVee, Windsor with more time, Lindsay) each of those examples could be different in future rounds.

Is there a training session Wednesday (tomorrow) at Gosch’s that I can take kids to?
