He’s either shooting the lights out in form as a key position player or playing at Casey. Some weeks he might be going ok but they’ll need to give Jed a game to get time into him. He’ll probably yo-yo up and down a bit between 1sts and 2nds through the season. But King has now set this reality for him so we are all good.

A) didn’t play enough games to qualify B) unsure if he even has a son, let alone a son who has potential. This thread really doesn’t need to exist.

I can’t answer that, I’ve only done some light reading and watched highlight reels on Robey or others around the 7/8 mark. Part of me backs JT in to make the right call, part of me worries about our tendency to sell future assets to buy in the now.

Sullivan Robey. Seen as a bit of a bolter in this draft and it has been reported or at least mentioned on DL that JT likes him.

Rumour I read; pick 3 is in our sights from the Tigs, with the intention of getting Robey, the idea revolving around a current and a future 1st rounder from the dees Points-wise I think something like this stacks up; Tigs give; Pick 3, 3rd rounder next year Dees give; Pick 8, 1st rounder next yr tied to GC

Would be genuinely surprised if an AFL recruiter told a VIC metro player to ‘keep quiet’ ahead of his draft year with the aim of not climbing up the draft board. Unless said in jest, that just wouldn’t happen.
