  1. Found the receipt… $179.00
  2. I forget the exact number but it was around $180 for annual overseas membership which includes watchafl.
  3. I sympathise. Try sending them an email via Help and Support. They have usually responded promptly to my queries.
  4. Dogga didn’t do much to claim a big payday on today’s performance. Or last week’s for that matter. Very ordinary, I thought.
  5. Great news! According to The Age, “Eddie McGuire steps away from calling footy”. What a wonderful day. BT… You’re next.
  6. Frankly, I was disappointed with that. I’m grateful for our Demonland podcasts and can’t wait for the next one. Come on, boys. Give us a pre-season special.
  7. Any time Daisy confirms that BT is substandard is fine by me. Whether she’s right or wrong in @binman‘s eyes.
  8. Thanks but already signed up as an overseas member and happy to see the club get as much of that money as possible.
  9. Wow! Could you post a picture, please?
  10. Yes , it’s disappointing that we have only two 300 gamers. I don’t want to hijack your thread, but equally disappointing is our Coleman Medal record. The only winner was Neitz with 75 in 2002. We have to go back to before Coleman played to find the previous Demon who topped the goal kicking. Ie, Fred Fanning with 97 in 1947. And of course, we’ve never had a 100 goal kicker (in a season). It will take several years before we can add another 300 gamer to join Neitz and Jones, but we could improve our Coleman Medal standing this year. Go Fritter, Go Demons.
  11. The way he’s tracking, Yes! And Oliver. And Gawn. it’s just a matter of time.
  12. Sorry to hear the news. Loved Laurie Mithen in his #11. Uncle to Lily?
  13. I don’t think we wanted to, but we were in the habit of falling in a heap. It was certainly our wont.
  14. I was pretty sure halfway through the last quarter of the GF.
  15. Tells us more about Australians than it does about Meat Loaf!
  16. We’re now into jumer-number-games-record-holder territory. Yes, this is my super-power. I can name them all from memory - although I can’t remember much about what happened yesterday 😀 Bruce (32), Robertson (24), Green (18), Alves (15), Johnstone (16), Wight (27) [along with Rivers], Davey (36), Stephen Febey (21), James McDonald (23), Smith (35). Wonderful players who’d have been champions in any team.
  17. I pity the poor player who lines up against vandenBerg in the Amateurs.
  18. Steady, Werridee. Good things take time.
  19. It must be great to get the nod, wink, impromptu chat with strangers when wearing Demons gear. I have worn a Demons hat, scarf or jumper virtually every day since the Premiership. Whether here in France or in southern Spain (where I spent seven weeks in the sun) no one knows what it’s about. I envy you locals!
  20. Thanks again, Deespic. I have been waiting not so patiently for this. Your knowledge of the players, games and even particular incidents within those games is just amazing. The links to videos are also very much appreciated. To help those unfamiliar with nicknames, I wonder if you could please add the surnames of who you’re talking about. Eg, Dollars, Beamer. Already looking forward to the next instalment. Cheers!
  21. Soon after the Grand Final I changed my computer password to celebrate the magnificent drought-breaking Premiership. Since then, whenever it’s time to update a password I create another one in honour of our team. Have any other Demonlanders done that too?
  22. Sorry, add RUN, etc. (Predictive text combined with fat fingers)
